French-speaking hotel staff, attentive and helpful both at reception and on the catering side. 2 swimming pools to choose from, one quieter than the other depending on your preferences.
Large, very functional and clean room with a view of the swimming pool (or not).
Hotel well located next to shops, restaurants and bars.
The food was tasty although lacking a little diversity (I was half board).
Excellent value.

Well we are currently here it's our last day it's been our 3rd visit and I must say nothing has change everybody works so hard the full team don't worry about anything food is everything you would expect from a 3.5 star hotel if you go hungry here there is deffo something wrong with you yes beds are a bit hard but you carnt please everybody just ignore the bad reviews come and enjoy yourself everything is on your door step from a lovely main ***** to the beach or harbour we'll done everyone at the labranda bahia de lobos

Will not go back or recommend, food was not good, people ended up with food poison, my partner nearly choked on plastic that was left in the lettuce. The bar and drinks were ok but we drank and ate outside of the hotel mostley, beds were crap too could do with new matresses, sunbeds were the same.

My husband & I had a very pleasant week stay. Our only complaints were the WiFi was really poor to connect to & very slow if we were able to join the WiFi. Check in was also slightly disappointing due to only having 1 member of staff on the desk. At other times when we walked through reception there had been 2, sometimes 3 staff members available. The hotel was very well cleaned & all staff were very happy, smiley & approachable. Food & drink variety was on par. Plenty of shops within walking distance. Lots of people review the hotel, not many people comment on the weather. We found the weather warm with cloudy & sunny days as a mixture. Evenings were pleasant & we didn’t need trousers or a cardy/jacket. I’m only writing that comment because if you’re like me, you’d like to pack in preparation. I know the hotel can’t control the weather 🤣🤣. Thank you to all the staff that worked tirelessly every day & for maintaining a very high standard.

Fantastic complex, very spacious room, pools were brilliant, pool bar, food was amazing, staff were fantastic, coffee machines in the foyer and you just helped yourself, shopping ***** just on the doorstep. Defo going back for longer. A******

Just about to leave to go home. Hotel is great. The only thing I can complain about is the evening entertainment which could be a lot better, went out most nights to avoid. Pubs and restaurants very close by, visited a few and never had one bad meal.

Super séjour, et personnels tout confondus tellement agréable, serviable. Deuxième séjour pourquoi pas 3 !!! 😁 Un hôtel au cœur de la ville et très proche des plages, tout à porté de main, une ville où l'on se sent en sécurité. Vraiment de beaux souvenirs

L hôtel est très médiocre et bruillant Toute les nuit réveillé avec les personnes au dessus Le personnel pas aimable Le ménage est fait en surface Regarder sous les lits !!! Pas d animation à l apéro Quand à la nourriture sans commentaire. La seul chose de positif L emplacement .
