Stayed in several places on my trip to Cortina and Val Gardena. This was my favorite spot. Emilio and Laura - the owners - are welcoming and helpful. Provided tips on busses, food recommendations, and took the extra care to have luggage waiting in your room after returning from a long hike. I felt like I was staying with family. And make sure not to miss breakfast. The croissants and other sweet breads are divine. Great cappucchino as well. Location is perfect - close to many restaurants and the center of town. Bus stop is right next door too. You can catch the bus to Tre Cime there.

This hotel was a homey sanctuary for us after a week hiking the Alta Via 1. The proprietors welcomed us like family. Their breakfast is the best anywhere with a large selection of savory dishes and fresh fruit. We made friends with other guests over breakfast and made plans to have dinner with them later at a wonderful restaurant recommended by Ermiglio. The rooms are clean and bright. We felt surrounded by friends!

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Rahmen unseres Wanderurlaubs mit FunActive hier. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Es gibt einen Balkon, der bei uns nach hinten hinaus lag. Etwas leiser, aber mit wenig Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral (quasi am Kopfende der Fußgängerzone) aber eben auch direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Deshalb unbedingt nach einem Zimmer nach hinten hinaus fragen. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und der Kaffee zum Frühstück typisch italienisch gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ist reichlich. Rühreier, Wurst, Marmelade, Minibrötchen… alles da. Für den sehr freundlichen Service gibts 5 Sterne, für die sauberen, in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer 3. Für die Lage 1-2. Das ergibt im Schnitt gute 3 Sterne.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene E’ vero che la struttura ha mantenuto il carattere della gestione familiare in cui probabilmente e’ iniziata la sua attività, ma questo si rivela un plus per un 3 stelle tutto sommato piccolo e semplice. C’è un comodo parcheggio e sterno e anche un garage ( a Cortina il parcheggio - specie adesso che Cortina è’ tutta un cantiere perché ci sono i lavori per le olimpiadi invernali del 26 ed e’ stato anche chiuso il “parcheggione’ alla posta) ; i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili, sia con consigli che per gli orari, e benché siamo arrivati con un giorno di ritardo sulla prenotazione, si sono adoperati per riallocare la notte libera e ci sono riusciti (grazie!) . La colazione era buona, con prodotti e torte freschi ogni mattina, ottima anche la pulizia delle stanze e, specialmente se chiedete le stanze sul retro ( alcune forse sono un po’ più piccole), silenzio e tranquillità, quindi ottimo riposo. Alla partenza ci hanno anche regalato uno strudel! Una bella sorpresa, molto apprezzata! Sono stati anche molto gentili e disponibili con il nostro cane. Un paio di piccoli consigli: alla colazione aggiungerei un succo d’arancia fresco e ragionerei sulla possibilità di rimodernare i bagni in alcune stanze. Ma complessivamente un ottimo soggiorno e torneremo!

Davvero una bella scoperta a Cortina. Hotel in pieno centro con comodissimo parcheggio a 2 passi da Corso Italia. Inizio con il lodare il pre -soggiorno: comunicazione veloce via mail con la struttura. L’hotel è davvero molto carino in stile tipico di montagna. I proprietari sono davvero gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ad aiutarci. La camera molto bella, pulizia impeccabile con comodo e spazioso balconcino (il nostro era proprio sulla via principale ma la camera era comunque molto silenziosa ). Ottima colazione con buonissime torte, ma anche salata. Davvero consigliato!
