I absolutely adored this place and its ambiance is incredible. We stayed for several rainy days and enjoyed the spa, the restaurants, the shopping and the wines! Our favorite part was the cooking class. I made great memories with my clients and freinds and we learned so much in a short day with the chef. THe owner and chef has a brilliant vision that she brought to life and I am honored to have been able to experience it.

After visiting Florence, we wanted to spend some time in the Tuscan countryside. Il Falconiere is conveniently located whether you wish to visit some of the local wineries or picturesque hilltop towns. Friendly, helpful staff and great food complement this beautiful location.

Il Falconiere truly delivers a fantastic experience in Tuscany. Between the gorgeous landscape, beautiful rooms, well-maintained property and the friendly staff, you feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, the vineyard, winery, and of course restaurant are as good as it gets. Chef Silvia Baracchi has created a fantastic offering--I can't recommend it enough.

Truly, a piece of Tuscan Paradise. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Il Falconiere!! The property is the most charming Idealic location. From the vineyard, to the spa, to the incredible Michelin star restaurant, and of course, to be able to have a cooking class with the world famous Michelin Chef Silvia Barracchi, was a dream come true

Very disappointing wine tasting experience. Our tour guide was 45 minutes late to meet us and told us we would not tour the grounds as it had “rained earlier in the day”. She poured red wine into glasses that had just had white wine in them… when we asked for water, she straight up rolled her eyes and never brought any. Wish I had her name— brown hair and had been there 2 years. After she poured our 4th tasting, she left and we never saw her again. We’ve been in Tuscany for over a week and this was unquestionably our worst vineyard visit. That said, the tasting menu at the restaurant was unbelievable and the service down there was outstanding. Still thinking about the goose tortelli.
