Coral Ocean View - Adults Only

Stayed at this hotel for a week in late September through to October. We arrived later than expected and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea view room, even though we had only booked a standard junior suite. It turns out all the rooms face the sea so we were glad we didn’t end up paying extra for it! The only downside was being placed on the 9th floor as the rooftop terrace didn’t have a bar or drinks service and the lifts were quite slow. That said, the rooftop terrace itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi with the stunning views. The food and drinks were consistently very good, plenty of options at every meal and a fantastic selection of drinks, including lots of cocktails to choose from on the all-inclusive. However, there wasn’t much daytime entertainment round the pool apart from some aqua aerobics on our last day. This could’ve been because of the construction work earlier in the week which had been cleared by then. As a younger couple, we didn’t find the evening entertainment quite to our taste either but plenty of other guests seemed to enjoy it. Despite that one of the best things about this hotel is the location. There are loads of great restaurants and bars around instead if you don't want to stay in the hotel. It was really easy to get to both Las Americas and Costa Adeje, either walking or a quick taxi ride which the hotel reception booked and arrived in minutes. Overall, we had a really nice stay.

We had a lovely stay here and I’m really glad we didn’t listen to all the negative reviews! The hotel is really clean, the food was lovely and the drinks were strong! There were lots of cocktails to choose from included on the all inclusive. I would say the only downside was the entertainment ended at 10 and it did feel quite repetitive towards the end of our stay, but overall we had a great time!

We paid extra for sea view and literally every room had sea view. Could even see the sea from pool deck on ground floor. Heard lots of complaints whilst we were there tho. From raw chicken being served. Rude staff and cockroaches in room. We had cockroaches which apparently is normal for Tenerife (never seen one in any other hotel I’ve stayed int here). Staff gave us a fly spray to resolve. Breakfast was good. Pool was freezing. Roof terrace nice quiet spot to sunbathe. Very good location. Wouldn’t stay again.

Grt hotel can’t fault it the staff do an amazing job of keeping the hotel running smoothly. Cleaners were fabulous room cleaned every day . Grt pool no rush for sunbeds entertainment was good but on to early. The breakfast was grt covered everyone.

We have just returned from a 12 night stay at the ocean coral view hotel, Before we arrived we read negative reviews about the hotel and the building work going on at the hotel,,, And did consider changing hotels , Pleased we didn't, The hotel is spotless the cleaning team do an amazing job,, the room was spacious and again spotless, cleaned daily and fresh towels, The Reception staff are so friendly and helpful with everyone, Yanis and Rodger Amazing job guys , Food was varied and plentiful, with thyme nights , The cooks/ chef's deserve a special mention for their hard work, restaurant staff Amazing and constantly working to keep restaurant clean and tidy, greeted every guest , Bar staff Amazing, Miguel and Rina only names I took down but all the guys did an awesome job,,, The work being done around the pool didn't affect anyone, no building noise at all ,, pool area sunbeds not really a problem , However The music around the pool needs changing,, We just used our earbuds problem solved,,, Sun terrace's on the 8th 9th with jacuzzi and 3rd floors plenty of sunbeds,, We did witness the manageress shouting at staff in view of the guests ( unprofessional) Night entertainment was good 8 till 10 they had to work hard to get the guests to join in ,, Overall This Hotel is lovely and worthy of it's 4 stars ,,, Ann and James
