The hotel and breakfast is ok, but they don’t clean neither change the towels everyday

Great value for money at this hotel! A great location as short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed in room 109 ground floor with our terrace overlooking the pool. The buffet breakfast was fabulous... something for everyone. We didn't eat at the hotel as there were so many different places nearby to eat. We joined in some of the entertainment on offer, I even won a bottle of Cava on the bingo!! Thoroughly enjoyed for a short break and would return.

Stayed here multiple times as a solo traveller and find it safe and friendly particularly on the serenity side that has an additional security gate. Breakfast is fantastic and varied, I'm sure even the fussiest would find something to eat. Pools don't open until 10am to allow proper daily pool cleaning and to stop the sunbed towel hoggers putting a towel out at 8 am and then going out for the day . Most ground floor apartments have their own sunlongers. Disabled friendly with some converted rooms and a charging area for scooters if needed ( my brother has used trotters independent tours and scooters before who drop it off on advance fully charged)

This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Club Siroco and we have booked again for March, and again in November in 2025. The hotel was clean, the rooms were excellent, for what you paid for. The food was delicious (I'm vegan and there were always plenty of options). The best part of our experience was the staff, who were friendly and very helpful! Rooms: We stayed in a two-bedroomed non-serenity apartment and it had two balconies, a seating area, a pleasant bathroom and a small cooking area, with everything you need if you're self-catering. The cleaners are fantastic and the room service is speedy. (view from our balcony attached) Food and drink: Positives: Lovely coffee from the machines, delicious evening meals, hearty breakfasts (if you're wanting English style, they got you covered, but come on... you're in The Canary Isles, stop eating bacon and eggs!) A wide range of fresh breads, fruits and continental style foods. Negatives: The juice isn't great (I bring my own to breakfast) and they turn off the coffee machines during dinner; we don't drink alcohol, so it would be nice to have something to drink with our meals. Some of the food can have too much salt added (scrambled egg was sometimes inedible, and the steaks were heavily salted). Let us season our own food! Some people have complained about the pool not being heated, and it is NOT heated, take my word for it, but this is NOT a problem. Get yourself in and in 5 mins you won't want to come back out. Others have mentioned no air conditioning, and there is NO air con, but I'm sure both of these help keep costs down (even though Lanzarote is effectively a volcano and they could produce energy for free, but use oil and gas). Location: The location was excellent, as it was really quiet, being on the tail end of Av. De Las Islas Canarias. That meant no through traffic (no taxis, coaches and drunken party people), and miles away from flight paths. No kids + no noise = relaxation. If you want to be closer to the action, expect more noise. Hire a car; cheap, park outside the hotel, and the only way to explore Lanzarote. Some feedback: Turn on the coffee machines at dinner. Please. Please please please open the pool earlier! WE ALL WANT IT OPEN EARLIER! (I have read the reviews). It opens at 10am, and if you've just had breakfast at 8am, you have to wait in your room for about 90mins before it opens. Just open the pool an hour earlier. I can see ZERO downside to this. Open it up at 9am. Please :) Hotel Club Siroco is a lovely hotel, with beautiful people, great food and a peaceful location. This is why we will always stay here when in Lanzarote. I'd give it 4.5 stars.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Siroco. Upon arrival, around midday, we were able to go straight to our apartment, which was welcome after a very long journey from the UK. The apartment was spacious and light with a living room area, small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We also had a balcony, which was a lovely touch. We were on the top floor, which had a fabulous view, and we were nice and close to the pool and the restaurant. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice during our stay, which was delicious. Every morning, the evening menu would be displayed, so you decide in advance whether you would like to book dinner. Each evening was a huge buffer style with lots of choice of food, and you could go up as many times as you wanted for 18€ per person. Every evening was a different theme, usually based on different countries. Breakfast was also a similar set up of a large buffet with everything from fruits and yoghurts to a full cooked breakfast, pancakes, and torilla. The staff we are super lovely and friendly. Drinks were also reasonably priced, with my absolute favourite being the Lanzarote cocktail. We would often sit and have a cocktail of an afternoon, and nothing was touch trouble. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers to sit on. There is also a mini golf (highly recommend), volleyball court, pool table, and table tennis to pass an hour or two. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the main beach and roughly 10 minutes to the main village area where there were shops, restaurants, cafes, and activities. One thing that puzzled us slightly was the lack of tea/coffee amenities in our room. While we had a kettle and a coffee maker, neither tea nor coffee were provided. While we were happy to buy our own at the local supermarket, it would have been welcome upon arrival to be able to make a tea/coffee to have while settling in. We would have also appreciated a net/mesh over the bedroom window as our window faced the swimming pool and we were unable to get changed unless we had closed the curtains completely. These are just small suggestions that we would have found helpful during our visit. We hope to one day return to such a lovely place!

This hotel has staff on site 24 hours a day. The staff at reception are very helpful. The room we paid for was in the Serenity side. The key allows you access through a gate. The pool area is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Fountains are turned on at 10am to avoid early morning noise. The dinners are also chained up until 10am. I’m not sure this would work for everyone (if you’re an early bird for example) but it meant the pool deck remained quiet to allow you to relax in the morning. The pool is typically Canarian - cold. There are plenty of sunbeds. The room is well equipped. There is a hair dryer, fresh towels every few days, microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery. The sofa was really comfortable and there’s a flat screen TV. The room was well kept and the walk-in shower was always warm. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The nearest big shopping parade is about 5-10 minutes away walk depending on your speed (flat walk). The nearest restaurants and bars are about the same. Nearest beaches even less. The main square is a little further down the road so we chose to walk along the beach front to enjoy the view on the way. Very relaxing stay. Already booked for next year.
