Pour un rapide séjour entre Beaune et Chalon sur Saône cet établissements a rempli à merveille sa mission hospitalière (du souper terroir au petit déjeuner). Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse à Couches.

Chambres et menus parfaits.Seul bémol:Pas d'espace bar pour nous réunir en groupe de 12 personnes en dehors de la table du restaurant.De plus,l'hotelier n'a pas accepté 2 amis qui souhaitais nous joindre au groupe pour l'apéritif!Et encore moins pour notre diner!!!

Tout était parfait juste le lit un peu trop étroit car on avait réservé pour un très grand lit double ! Par contre le restaurant fut un vrai bonheur 🥰

Repas excellent - produits de qualité - , service impeccable .Ce sont de vrais professionnels ! De plus les prix sont raisonnables ! Patron disponible pour nous parler de la région. Ne pas hésiter à s'arrêter dans ce charmant village de Couches !

Hôtel et restauration corrects .accueil moins chaleureux monsieur pas très causant pas très aidant non plus pour ses 2 apprentis.bref service simple et suffisant. Recommandons pour sa proximité de Beaune et ma route des vins

On arriving I was met with a sign in the door saying we’re not open till 6 o’clock please call this numbe A gentleman arrived and gave us our room key showed us to our room told us nothing about breakfast or the swimming pool that was advertised on the web. We had ask for information about this. The hotel is very drab and run down and has very little atmosphere. The bedrooms are dull and very old fashioned although the bathroom has been modernised the showerhead wouldn’t work unless I held it as it kept twisting around we were given two cardboard cups for two days two little tubs of shower gel which were not replaced on day two. On the web it suggests it has a restaurant which wasn’t open first night we were there on the second night we were there we were told they were full but fortunately for us we ended up in a wonderful restaurant in. Givry called salon de Gregoire Which served wonderful food in a lovely atmosphere . The lady running the hotel seemed very surly and very unfriendly I will definitely not recommend anyone staying here . Couches is as drab as hotel,

Hotel qui bénéficie d'être le seul du village Patron froid et peu commercant. Il aurait pu nous proposer d'utiliser la piscine, être en capacité de répondre à mes questions sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter pour ces journées du patrimoine ... mais non. Hôtel à la déco très vieillotte, pas de clim, moquette dans la chambre, 1 pauvre mini flacon de gel douche bas de gamme chacun. Horaires annoncés différents/ Web : petit déjeuner 7h30-9h30 pour un dimanche matin (alors que noté 10h même dans la chambre), rendre la chambre à 11h ( noté 12h sur le site) et en plus qqun est venu à 10h40 pour voir si nous étions partis (dans plusieurs chambres) Petit déjeuner très bof : pain basique, qq viennoiseries ; une amie voulu emporter un croissant pour son mari qui dormait tjs et a eu une réflexion du patron. Employés qui passent l'aspirateur à 3 mètres de nous alors que l'on prend le petit déjeuner . La prochaine fois, je choisis plutôt un Airbnb...
