Excellent pool and sauna but breakfast could be improved by offering fresh fruits

Best swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies.

Very good. I will come back next time. There is a swimming pool and gym. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is also good.

酒店給我安排了一個無障礙設施的房間，衛生情況一般，使我們不太舒服。房間沒有冷氣，只有風扇，英國遇上嚴夏，有點受不了。

The hotel arranged for me a room with barrier-free facilities, which was not very hygienic and made us uncomfortable. There is no air-conditioning in the room, only a fan. The UK is a bit unbearable when it encounters a severe summer.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, however there was confusion with the offers stated in the upgrade. I was disappointed with the bar and grill manager who appeared to not be informed or aware of the offers included with an upgrade.  The lighting in the club room needs improving as very dim. Not enough lamps to compensate for lack of ceiling lighting.  Overall we had a good stay and this was our second time staying in this hotel. From my experience of staying in a standard room, and then upgrading to a club room, there was no actual difference in the room standard. Only benefits are the offers included when staying in a club room. 

Warm welcome, nice room and shower, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant and bar disappointing. Business meeting suite claustrophobic and lunch provided unimaginative. (Some refreshments turned up after the meeting had ended and therefore wasted) It was a functional experience but no sadly no wow factor.
