Ótima localização.
Localização muito boa, quarto bem amplo com camas bem confortáveis.
Nossa única chateação foi em relação ao estacionamento, pois foi informado no anúncio a disponibilidade gratuita e no hotel nos foi cobrado uma tarifa de €$16,00 por diária para o veículo ficar em uma área aberta e sem nenhuma segurança.
Café da manhã razoavel.

The location of the hotel is great, but the quality of the accommodation is not that great. I booked a Junior suite for 2 nights and the smell of the room was awful. There was a leak under the tub in the bathroom and the smell of standing water made me sick. The receptionist only offered a new bath mat, but did not offer a different room. I basically have to keep the windows open most of the time in order to air out the room and the bathroom. Breakfast is offered in the hotel basement, and there is no elevator/lift to access the basement. Be aware of this if you have mobility issues.

I made a reservation for 2 double rooms for the Christmas bazaar in Craiova on October 15. I also received a confirmation. On 20 November I received an email that the hotel could not accommodate us and cancelled the reservation. At the moment it is impossible to find accommodation in Craiova and if there is any it is extremely expensive. All I got from the hotel was a completely insincere apology. They also did not give me any help in finding another hotel. This ruined our trip. It is clear that the booking is cancelled so they can get higher rates than other guests. Be careful with this hotel so you are not unpleasantly surprised at the last minute.

部屋は清潔で快適。ただすぐ前の道でたまたまイベントがあり騒音が残念だった。朝食は地域の食材を使った素晴らしいもので感激した。やや駅から遠いがタクシー会社がホテルのすぐ隣で大変便利。お勧めホテルです。

Hotel vicinissimo al centro storico e alla movida, ma molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Si trova esattamente di fronte alla maestosa Università. Inutile, secondo quanto dicono loro stessi con grande gentilezza, pagare gli 80 lei al giorno (16 euro) per un parcheggio collegato all’hotel, o inguaiarsi con macchinette che accettano solo card o monetine; tanto vale parcheggiare gratis verso l’hotel Royal, cioè in direzione aeroporto, a circa 400 metri dall’Helin. In Romania è bene non rischiare sul parcheggio, visto che circolano auto della Municipale che registrano in automatico le targhe in regola con i pagamenti e quelle no. L’hotel, di stile classicheggiante e decorato con un tocco artistico, ha una splendida, ancorché piccola hall e un bell’ascensore. Camere non ampie, ma con frigorifero e cassaforte, bagno adeguato (anche se il sapone è del tipo liquido), ma solo due prese in tutto (una presso una mensola in bagno) e scomodi gli interruttori della luce. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato (il pagamento è all’atto del check in). Per Craiova, è l’ideale. (N.B.: avrei messo forse 4 stelle, ma ne metto 5 per la palese malafede di quanti ne han messe 1 o 2)

It was in the heart of down town. All the bars clubs and resterants were right outside. The parks and museum are just a little walk away. Great hotel with excelent service.
