The hotel is very quiet and elegant. Although it has a long history, it is well-equipped and well-maintained. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the hotel balcony, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.
The most worth mentioning is the service! The thoughtful service of the front desk guy makes people feel like spring breeze, meticulous! During our stay, we experienced real five-star service! ! Even on the way we left the hotel to Dusseldorf, the hotel front desk guy called to remind me to go to Cologne Cathedral when I passed Cologne.
A great stay experience! I will stay again next time I go to Switzerland! Recommended!

This Hotel lives up to its 5 star status and then some. Our suite had a double-sided fireplace which staff was eager to light for us anytime of day or night. The hotel is super cozy, location is terrific and the staff outstanding. Remi, one of the managers was a real standout, always checking that we had everything whether it be plans for hiking, the right place of fondue or some wine and cheese of our room in the afternoon. There is a great spa and indoor outdoor pool. My wife and i have been to a lot of nice places, this is a new favorite!

Nous avions réservé une suite ouverte, à notre arrivée on nous a proposé une suite loft pour le même prix. Très confortable avec un excellent service. Personnel très attentionné et serviable. Un point négatif. Le spa et la piscine sont également accessibles aux clients d'un hôtel voisin beaucoup plus grand, qui attire apparemment des clients moins civilisés.

Accueil formidable et très personnalisé. Services raffinés et très belle suite avec vue. Emplacement idéal dans la station. La vue est imprenable et le panorama grandiose. Le petit déjeuner et les restaurants sont parfaits. Les services partagés avec l’Etrier sont un peu moins luxueux

Accueil des plus bienveillants lors de notre séjour (présentation de l’hôtel, cocktail de bienvenue, eaux à disposition lors de nos randonnées) au sein d'un très bel établissement (coup de cœur pour la piscine grandiose !). A noter également une cuisine gastronomique de qualité remarquable (dîner et petit déjeuner) en adéquation avec le lieu. Une très belle étape dans notre « road trip suisse » avec un seul regret n’y être restés qu’une seule nuit…

This is a gem of a hotel in Crans Montana. They have a wonderful team that makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. The views from the rooms were breathtaking (make sure you select Mountain View, it’s worth it). The food at the bistro was delicious and carefully prepared. Finally, the facilities are top-notch - the heated pool, the sauna, and the hammam.
