Hotel werd aangeboden met zwembad, spa en wellness en hierop door ons geselecteerd als verblijf.
Echter tijdens ons verblijf werd doodleuk mede gedeeld dat alle faciliteiten gesloten waren. Ons verheugd op faciliteiten die er dus niet meer waren.
Tevens heerste er een hele verlaten sfeer in het geheel. Gezelligheid en warmte was ver te zoeken en ontbrak volledig.
Heel jammer dat niet geleverd werd waarmee geadverteerd wordt en geen enkele verandering in aanbod wordt gecommuniceerd zodat we eventueel om hadden kunnen boeken.
Een grote domper op wat een wellness vakantie had moeten worden. Schande voor uw mooie verkoop verhalen en aanbiedingen.
