the hotel was next to the Thornton heath station and pizza restaurant( my favourite ), which is a good location only 15 min to Victoria station by train. The staff are very professional and kind. They treat me as a friend. I tried it I recommend it 👍

Parking was easy, check-in swift and friendly and my room, as usual at this hotel, was clean, comfortable and very well presented. The server at dinner made sure I was happy with the table location, took my order, was engaged in her work and demonstrated great pride in her efforts to ensure customer satisfaction... the food and drink were both very enjoyable and filling too. The same can also be said for the breakfast team and content. Although it is of the buffet style the selection is wide, environment spotlessly clean and the team constantly busy ensuring everything is fresh and plentiful. Also, omlettes are cooked to order as a house speciality, yum! This hotel and it's staff are a gleaming example of how to make its patrons feel valued whilst not simpering or smothering guests. This is a hotel to strongly recommend. Thanks to all at HH, Croydon, see you soon I hope.

This hotel is very convenient for the St. George’s Hospital - it’s literally in the grounds of the hospital. It’s a three star hotel and I would say it’s towards the lower end of the three star spectrum. The staff were very good, and the amenities for a three star were as expected. However, there is a huge problem with the cleanliness of the carpets and upholstery. They are disgusting! They are stained all over the place and it’s makes the atmosphere of the room feel very dirty - you just don’t know what on earth you’re walking in or sitting on. It’s a shame because the general cleanliness of the room is good and as you would expect, so the cleaning staff do a decent job, but the stains on the carpet and chairs/sofas are just so off putting. The management/owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. It is just not acceptable. They need to deep clean the carpets and upholstery as a matter of urgency or replace them immediately. Some of the stains are so awful that I doubt cleaning would remove them, so the carpets and sofas/chairs would probably need to be replaced instead. I would definitely not stay here again because of this problem. Sort it out Management!

Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

Our experience at Adagio Sutton exceeded all expectations! The rooms were exceptionally clean, offering a pristine and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. For us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights. Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ). The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark. Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day. The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way. There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening. We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.

Visited as a golf society. There were over 40 of us. We were looked after extremely well. The staff were friendly and efficient. Food lovely. They also have a Thai menu which was also very nice. The new manager Neil could not have been more accommodating. We loved it so much we are returning in October. The last review re the head green keeper, read between the lines on this. Tripadvisor is not a platform for those type of comments. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The golf course needs some TLC but all courses have suffered throughout the winter. All in all, a fab sray.

The staff was very nice and the whole place was full of young people. It definitely is a youth hostel and the place isn’t as big as other ones so it’s not super loud. Although the stairs are a little loud so that might wake you up. We stayed in a private room with bunk beds and they gave you towels and the shower was pretty good. The room was small as to be expected but it definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night when you could just pay for a bigger hotel room. The location was nice right by Hyde park and some free museums.

The room is ok, relatively clean, and the TV can also receive China Central International Station. It is very close to Biginshan Airport. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. This airport is mainly a business jet airport, and the surrounding area is relatively desolate.
