It's about an hour's drive from the center, so the location isn't that great, but the scenery along the way is full of mysterious mountains like Chinese landscape paintings, so it's not bad if you think of it as a drive. However, I think the service is far from that of a first-class hotel. The refrigerator in the room was broken and the smell of durian was very bad. In addition, the information on Trip.com said that airport transfers and laundry were both free, but they were paid for. The worst part was that it seemed to be a company's recreational trip, and they made a lot of noise, playing loud music until 10pm, which was a hassle. The driver arranged by the hotel took us to a restaurant he knew and made us pay about five times the market price, so be careful. If you tell the driver the price, he will find something for you, so if you tell him your budget for restaurants, you should be fine. However, the food was very delicious, so I thought it was okay, but it left a bad aftertaste. The driver who took me to Hanoi was very nice (for some reason he treated me to bread on the way).
