Excellent service from the moment we arrived until the day we had to sadly depart! Veronica was amazing, constantly ensuring we had what we needed to enjoy the comfort of staying at Mansion Alcazar. I have shared my experience with family and friends, and have highly recommended to plan a trip to Cuenca and enjoy the luxurious comfort and luscious gardens at Mansion Alcazar!

Servicio de máxima categoria en una mansión con encanto e historia. En pleno centro histórico, a mano de todo. Realmente merece la pena. El desayuno es muy bueno con vistas al jardín. Las habitaciones están llenas de historia y muy confortables.

The staff there was excellent! From anytime of request and question they were personally involved every step. I un expect stayed another night and my suite wasn’t viable and they were able to show me multiple rooms and made me feel comfortable until I found a good one.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed and the gardens are perfect for relaxing, having a cocktail or coffee. The staff was also very accommodating, storing our luggage for us until we departed in the evening and letting us enjoy in the gardens until our ride arrived.
