Pésimo servicio del restaurante para una mesa de 26 personas hoy solo nos pusieron 1 mesero quien no alcanzaba a atender a los comensales, cuando llegó la cuenta ya nos incluyeron el 15% de propina a fuerza. Sobre el IVA, tenemos evidencias al respecto no se vale si van en grupo no lo recomiendo, comida regular y carísima

Visited during the week and we practically had the hotel for ourselves, we enjoyed the pool, walking around the gardens, and personal attention. The history of this place is so amazing it was our main reason to stay here. The restaurant food is some of the best we have had in Mexico, everything is so delicious you can’t go wrong. I especially loved the quesadillas de flor de calabaza. The only thing I really disliked was the area surrounding the hotel, didn’t feel safe to walk at all, even taxi driver mentioned it wasn’t safe. Too far from Downtown Cuernavaca so make sure you are willing to take taxi/Uber every where you need to go.

Hace cerca de 5 años que no iba a Morelos, el hotel me sorprendió lo bonito que es, la verdad es una propiedad que mezcla el ambiente colorido y tradicional de una hacienda con la naturaleza y lo moderno, sin embargo la atención tanto en la recepción como la anfitriona del restaurante deja mucho que desear. No volvería porque el servicio no vale la pena.

Deberían dejar que los alumnos de las escuelas puedan visitar el lugar , ya es patrimonio cultural de el estado Yo visité el lugar y me negaron el acceso sin dar una razón coherente ,a pesar de portar el uniforme y llevar credencial , asistiendo con padres de familia . Siendo parte de una escuela pública federal

Estuvimos alojados con mi esposo y mi hijo para asistir a una boda en este lugar. Tomamos habitación en las torres más nuevas. Creo que en estas habitaciones hace falta espacio para almacenar y en el baño también. Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas con unos jardines lindos. El restaurante estuvo bien, especialmente el brunch. El bar podría ser más grande porque cuando estuvimos estaba lleno de cajas. La atención fue buena.

Es un hotel con muchos salones de eventos, si vas solo descanso, es mejor buscar otro.
La musica de los eventos es molesto.

Pésimos estándares de sanidad. Cucarachas por todo el hotel, y hasta en mi cuarto salieron dos, una me camino en la noche. Personal amable, únicamente los gerentes o recepción carecen de empatía y poco manejo con el cliente. Buffet no es bueno.
