Vacation with family,
I returned to Danang accommodation after almost 10 years.
The place chosen this time was Pullman.
From the modern yet antique lobby to the private beach.
I really liked the overall landscaping of the resort.
It also has a kids club and kids pool, so it seems to be a good hotel for ages 3 to 5. (Considering the size of the kids pool and the level of the kids club program :D)
I would like to visit again because of the friendly staff.
I will definitely visit the hotel again.

This is my second visit, and it looks like an old building from the street, but once you enter the building, you can see why it is a resort and not a hotel. However, Frant and the bellboy are friendly when working, but other than that, they are oblivious even when people pass by, to the point of embarrassment. However, people working hard outside are greeted with a friendly smile when they pass by. I don't expect kindness from Banyan Tree, but it is at least a 5 star hotel, but the kindness at the front desk, which is the face, is disappointing.

We stayed at the Pullman for 3 nights. The hotel is right on the beach and great to have both pool and beach in close proximity. Adjoining room with the kids was convenient and staff were lovely. Definitely coming back!

The room, food, location, and service were all excellent!! We were kindly upgraded and stayed in the penthouse and cottage, both of which were well-cleaned and very satisfying. The bellboys and front desk staff were very kind and polite, and the pool and beach were beautiful, making for a truly extraordinary stay. If I had to say one thing, it was a shame that there weren't many electrical outlets in the cottage and that the hair dryer only blew cold air, but I was more than satisfied. I would like to stay again.

Lovely private beach and great service from the Pullman crew.
Although it's a bit ageing, the team have maintain the facilities well and best service as usual from the staffs.
If there's a touch up on the hardware or some adjustment on the pricing will be great as there are many choices around Da Nang offer even greater deal with lower price.

The swimming pool is really fun. Even though I'm 180cm tall, my legs can't reach 1.8m behind me.
