Chi House Danang Reviews

Booked a family sized room for a group of 4 friends. It is larger than standard hotel rooms which is a plus. Clean looking, but can be better (dust at corners, a dead flattened cockroach right outside our door upon arrival). This hotel feels like a market in the morning breakfast service and in the day by the pool due to loud unruly Korean guests.

Stayed for 2 nights here and overall was great, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and the room! Moreover, we appreciated the birthday cake that the staff prepared it for my mom and knocked on the room door to sing Happy Birthday. Such a cute surprise! This was memorable and made my mom so happy. Thank you so much.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean and staff will always clean the public area whenever it is wet. Service: The staff is very good. Check in during raining day, they pick us from our grab with umbrella. They also help to carry our luggage. Amenities: The pool is very nice. Location: Very quiet place. Nearby have alot of spa, mart and coffee shop. Walkable distance to the beach.

Hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, location not bad, breakfast is good with many varieties. Staff are not flexible enough, on the day of checking out, we just asked for one bottle of water (we were a group of 6 persons, just wanted 1 bottle) but were rejected. Hotel helped us to book a van to the airport pick up at 3pm (our flight 5:30pm), but did not showed up until 3:20pm so we finally called grab but they wasted us almost half an hour ( I knew hotel staff helped to push the driver but driver was unreliable and didn't show up).

Near beach. Newly open. Breakfast OK. Near beach walkable.

It was a pleasant staying at the chi house hotel, they even surprised us with a birthday cake for my father it was very thoughtful. One thing I don’t like is the poor sound proof of the room.

Very nice and big room for us with 2 children. Very good breakfast and modern rooms. With pleasure again.

Travelling with another couple staying in their 2 bedrooms apt. Each of the bedroom has own ensuite bathroom which is great. There's also a comfortable size living room. which we can use to as common area. On the 2nd night, we are surprised by a birthday cake for my wife. :). On the 3rd night, there's another birthday cake for my friend who's birthday is 1 day after my wife's. The hotel was so thoughtful, these gestures really warm our hearts. Breakfast was ok, though the range is not big but the usuals are there, egg station, pho station...etc. Overall, this is a cozy hotel with friendly staffs which are always greeting you with a smile. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Danang.

Located right outside the busy areas so it is nice and quiet at night. 3 mins walk away from the beach and Staff were helpful and really friendly. Clean and comfortable room.

I went to Vietnam Danang with my wife, my mother, sister and brother, and stay with Chi House Da nang, the hotel staff was marvellous, excellent service and Annie Luong shown concerns and care for my elderly mum who was not feeling well after the cable car ride to Ba na hill, the rooms are clean and quiet at night , beds and pillows are so comfortable, with beautiful ambience for photos taking. The hotel staff makes sure the grab driver charges us accordingly ,very protective for their hotel guests , we were so impressed by the hotels staff, fand attend to our feedbacks attentively ,finally wanted to thanks Annie and her team at Chi House Da nang for their hospitality and kindness shown towards during our 4 nights stay. We will miss them. May God bless all of them at Chi House with good health and happiness always.

The location is great the room is clean,I enjoyed my stay there

We originally booked 2 nights and ended up extending twice and stayed a whole week. We stayed in a triple room with one king and one twin bed. The room is as pictured in the website, spacious and comfortable. I would say the breakfast selection can be improved as eating almost the same selection for a whole week is not fun. The restaurant manager is very nice and attentive.

I love their pool and that they have a gym. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and the amenities are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful.
