聚奎樓民宿保留了許多原有的建築特徵，如木製樓梯、復古門窗等，讓人彷彿穿越時空，感受到歷史的痕跡。
聚奎樓民宿提供的服務非常貼心周到，工作人員阿坤熱情友好，為我這次尋根之旅提供了重要的幫助。民宿位於百侯古鎮的核心區域，四周環繞着保存完好的明清古建築，如肇慶堂、海源樓等
聚奎樓的環境非常好，特別是其民國時期的氛圍與現代感相結合，給人印象深刻，可以享受到舒適的住宿環境，同時還能深入體驗到客家文化和生活方式

訂了三房一廳，驚喜的發現就是包了2樓一整層。除了三個房間之外，還有一個開放性的會客廳，一個茶室，一個露天小陽台。中秋夜正好在小陽台上賞月，很愜意。店家小哥哥很貼心，還給我們送了柚子和洛神花茶。
周邊建築保留了原汁原味的明清民國時期的建築風格。和這棟小洋樓一樣，有許多歲月遺留下的痕跡，還有很多傳奇的小故事。喜歡人民的話，不要錯過

民宿主打民國風，調子吸引人。剛開年這裏沒什麼遊客，民宿裏衹有我們一間房有客。訂房時選的特價房，指望這麼淡的季店家會像一路走過來的民宿一樣給免費升級個好房間，結果不是這樣子，升級要收費。嗯那就算了我們就住一樓吧。問題是：一樓的下水道永遠散發著濃重的臭味，即使想法用一個裝水的袋子蓋住也好不了多少；另外，可能因為客人太少，裝點這棟樓的紅燈籠始終沒給打開，所以晚上大樓的夜景也拍不成。唉……百侯鎮和百侯景區真的沒啥看點，好在是元宵節前一天，我們還看了個村民鬧元宵祭祖的熱鬧，否則太失望啦
