Hotels in Dong-gu, Daegu

Hotel is clean, room is large. Parking is convenient. Bedding is clean, mattress and pillows are comfortable. The view from the window was on the lake. It must be very beautiful in the summer.

The only problem with the hotel is that the shower area isn't separated into wet and dry areas; there's no glass door or shower curtain for privacy, a common drawback of many Korean hotels. Everything else is great :) The hotel is located near Dongdaegu Station, less than a ten-minute walk, which is very convenient. Just across the street are many restaurants open late at night, as well as many famous Seoul shops where you'll have to wait in long lines. The room, while not very large, was very clean. It had a small terrace with views of Daegu's nightscape. The hotel lobby provides perfume for guests, a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast deserves the highest praise—it was absolutely delicious! We stayed for two days and enjoyed different dishes! Highly recommend the kimchi, pork, tofu, and pumpkin!!

As a solo traveler from Hong Kong, I felt this was more of an upscale, newly renovated motel, or even a love hotel. The room amenities were excellent, including a sterilizing wardrobe, bathtub, electric bidet, charging dock, air purifier, sofa, 65-inch smart TV, satellite channels, YouTube, and even a desktop computer. It would have been even more perfect with hand soap at the sink and shower gel/shampoo next to the tub. The staff were also very patient and friendly. Although they didn't speak foreign languages, they handled customer complaints well. I booked this place through Trip.com, but there was no mention of window issues. The pictures seemed to show windows, but the room I was assigned was in the basement with a decorative window that, when opened, only revealed a wall. I requested a room with a scenic window. Despite the language barrier, the staff politely explained that changing rooms would incur an extra charge. In the end, we both compromised and resolved it fairly, and I was moved to a third-floor room with a scenic window. The staff handled the situation perfectly and patiently. I believe the misunderstanding arose because the online listing didn't specify that rooms at this price either had no windows or no view, leading guests to misinterpret the photos. I highly recommend this hotel. The area is very lively at night, with more restaurants than the city center. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest Dongchon Subway Station, passing through the popular Dongchon Amusement Park tourist attraction. There's also a bicycle rental shop next to the subway station! Very good.

I stayed in room 302. My first impression was that it was spacious, and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated from the bed area. The bathtub was also very large, so I enjoyed a good, long soak for the first time in a while. The window in my room faced another building directly, so it was a bit disappointing not to see the sun when I opened the curtains, but it didn't bother me too much. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I found this place while searching for accommodation near Dongdaegu Station, and everything was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly friendly, and they generously stocked the room with amenities. I haven't slept this soundly on a trip before! The blackout blinds and excellent soundproofing were a game-changer. The room, bed, and bathroom were all generously sized, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I'll definitely be back here on my next visit to Daegu!

I accidentally booked the wrong date. As I was in a hurry. But trip and the hotel changed the dates. Usually it’s a no show. It was an accident. Glad they helped, fair and ethical they have been! Glad there are decent people on this planet. Definitely recommend inter burgo.

My parents stayed here, and they said the room and bathroom were huge and clean. They plan to book here again.

It was a bit confusing because it was behind the station (my first time there). Unlike the exterior, the interior had an older feel. Still, they cleaned it thoroughly, and the floors were very warm, which was nice. The bedding was also clean.

I stayed for 2 nights. Excellent hotel. Extensive renovations have recently been completed. Pros: • 5-7 minutes from Dong Daegu Station; • Newly renovated; • Bathrobes, slippers, and all necessary toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, washcloth, soap); • Hairdryer, refrigerator, and air conditioning in the room; • Free coffee machine and water dispenser in the reception area; • Multi-charger for all types of cords. Cons: • The staff doesn't speak English (but this is minor); • Only small towels; at least one large one would be nice; • Limited storage space - a foldable hanger would be great. The room is small, but for the price, it's a great option. I recommend it.

It's conveniently located near Dongdaegu Station. I loved that they even provided a simple breakfast in the morning. I'm very satisfied with this level of service for this price. The facilities are also clean.
