Still poor for a 4 star hotel
I made a reservation for 4 nights, stayed for one night, and ran away.
I saw the huge wheel three times and it was really the worst.
Trip.com's response was also disappointing.

This is my second time in Dalat. I chose this hotel. The overall feeling is very good. The hotel is in a good location, it is convenient to call a taxi, the staff is friendly, and there are many breakfast options. We stayed in a triple room. The king-size bed was so comfortable that you could roll around on it. If I go to Dalat for the third time in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

The facilities are very old but nice.
The staff was friendly, but they charged extra for laundry.
The location is walking distance to the night market and the hygiene is ok.

I found an air-conditioned and clean hotel and made a reservation. It's old and the facilities are old, and the smell of cigarettes kept coming in as if the smoking room was on the same floor. There were no bugs, but it's ambiguous to say that it's completely clean. Still, it's cost-effective, the staff are good, and above all, it's air-conditioned, so it's okay to stay for a day or two in the rainy season.
As for the noise, Koreans stayed around me, but I could only hear the noise from the hallway and it was fine.
The rice noodles I ate from room service didn't taste like much seasoning, and the vegetables and meat were good. I think the breakfast is also better than other Dalat hotels. I have a good stay.
