Excellent service provided! Hotel arranged for driver to pick us from train station. The driver is responsible and waited for us. Everything was smooth and we arrived in hotel with Hi-tea prepared for us! Both the high-tea and breakfast were very delicious! Room was extremely clean and big. It looks exactly as their photo shown. We were very touched and grateful for their help extended to us when my husband was sick and required immediate medical treatment. We called them early morning and within 15 mins, they arranged transport to bring us to the nearby hospital and the boss visited us with flower and fruits. Very nice gesture from the warm staff in this hotel. All the staff were very helpful and patient. They attended to our request immediately. Superb service from them. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be back to this same hotel in my next visit to Dali.

Stylish hotel with great design, great amenities and excellent service. Very well located not far from the lake with Mountain View. There are several outdoor pools which would be ideal if they get a little cleaner.

The hotel is a small white building with a garden. It was newly built last year. We stayed there for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant travel experience. The hotel facilities are relatively new and the decoration is very fashionable. It is the style I like. It is clean and hygienic. The auntie will clean the room every day. The hotel environment is beautiful. There is a lake and green rice fields in front of the door. You can be in a daze for an afternoon while eating delicious afternoon tea and appreciating the beautiful scenery outside the window. The breakfast is also very delicious and exquisite. The service is in place. From the store manager to the daily waiters and the chef at the airport pick-up station, they are all very enthusiastic, positive and responsible, which makes me feel at home. I look forward to staying at your house next time I come to Dali🥰

The location of the B&B is right by the Erhai Lake, with Cai Village on the left and Longkan Wharf on the right. It is very comfortable to ride a bicycle on the beach. The wheat fields in the hotel yard have been harvested, and now there are green sunflowers that have not bloomed yet. The afternoon tea and breakfast provided by the B&B are great!

It is close to the ancient city and not far from Caicun Pier. You can take a taxi when you go out, which is very convenient.
