關於地理位置：就在洱海邊上，走路5分鐘，樓上就能看到海。
關於價格：老闆自家地起的房子，性價比真的沒法説，太高了，國慶黃金期也沒有像別家漲價離譜，真真切切實在人。
關於房子：床品各方面用的全棉的，房價也大，淋浴的花灑那些都捨得買品牌的，九牧的，馬桶也是智能，電視小米的，房間也夠大。早上還配早餐。
對了，離路極公園也超近的。真的超級愛。
總的一句話：推薦推薦推薦，絕對不是拖😊

設施很新，房間乾淨衞生，素雅風！住着舒適，早餐很豐富，米線，炒飯，稀飯，包子，玉米，豆漿，雞蛋牛奶，從後門幾分鐘就可以到洱海邊散步拍照，離洱海國際生態中心很近，這是環洱海觀光巴士的一個站點，方便到各個景點打卡喲！
