You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!

This was my third stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Dalian, totaling 8 days and 7 nights across two separate trips. I've always been a big fan of the Four Seasons brand; whenever there's one in a city I'm visiting, it's usually my top choice. Overall, as a new hotel, the Four Seasons Dalian has excellent hardware. The rooms are well-equipped, and everything from the facilities to the decor feels new. The user experience is quite smooth. The TV mirroring, in particular, connects seamlessly, and these seemingly small details significantly impact the experience during longer stays. Regarding soundproofing, I had seen some reviews mentioning it before my stay. Since my previous stays were mostly in suites, I hadn't noticed it much. However, this time, one of my rooms had a connecting door, and I could indeed hear sounds from the adjacent room quite clearly. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Also, the elevator key card sensor isn't very sensitive; it often requires holding the card against it for a while to register, which can be a bit inconvenient for those with manicures. I hope this can be optimized. The hotel offers both surface and underground parking, making it convenient. The underground parking is on B4, and the route is a bit winding. Every time I drive from underground to ground level, I feel dizzy for about 3 minutes. Only one elevator directly reaches the B4 parking from the 41st-floor lobby, which I find a bit troublesome. The service truly deserves an extra five-star rating, and it's the main reason I keep choosing this hotel. During this stay, the hotel upgraded my room for free. Any issues I encountered throughout my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by the staff, preventing minor hiccups from affecting the overall experience. I also really appreciate the hotel's customer experience team's communication method – direct WeChat communication is very convenient for any daily needs. The staff also proactively checks in on my stay experience and needs each day. For instance, they can assist with booking popular restaurants that might be hard to get into last minute, which is a huge convenience for guests. This consistent, proactive, yet non-intrusive service is something I think the Four Seasons does exceptionally well. As a relatively new hotel that hasn't been open for very long, there are indeed some details that still need refinement. However, I have a very positive impression of the Four Seasons Dalian, both in terms of its hardware foundation and service quality. I look forward to seeing it mature further in its details. After my third stay, I'm still willing to choose it again and hope to see an even better Four Seasons Dalian next time I return.

I chose Fraser Suites Dalian for my business trip this time, and it was a fantastic experience. The one-bedroom apartment had a well-designed layout, complete with all necessary appliances, and the hygiene was impeccable. There's a mall right downstairs and the subway is very close, making commuting and dining incredibly convenient. The apartment building offers a 24-hour front desk, and Archer provided excellent service. With a gym and swimming pool, it's quiet and not noisy, perfect for both work and relaxation. It's suitable for both short and long stays, making it an ideal choice for business travelers.

I chose the Kyushu International Hotel, which is just a stone's throw from Dalian Railway Station. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the major attractions. Despite its central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, though I could hear some late-night noise from the adjacent room. The room itself was well-equipped, and relatively clean and tidy. Coming back to the hotel after a day out was a real treat. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options served in an elegant restaurant. It's also very close to the metro station.

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍

Choosing this hotel for my trip turned out to be a fantastic decision; the overall experience far exceeded my expectations and made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's perfectly suited for both leisure travelers and business guests. When checking in, the front desk staff were friendly and courteous, processing everything efficiently. They also thoughtfully explained all of the hotel facilities, including breakfast times, elevator locations, and laundry room usage, and patiently answered any questions I had, making me feel right at home. The room itself was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the cleanliness details were impeccably maintained. The space was generous, the decor simple and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress firmness just right, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, which greatly contributed to a high quality of rest. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, with a full set of toiletries, and the hot water supply was stable, making for a great washing experience. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and there were plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient for both work and browsing on my phone.

There is coffee in the lobby, the room is spacious, the bathroom supplies are complete, the service staff is warm and meticulous. The hotel is in a good location, convenient to travel, there are quite a lot of entertainment venues around, eating, drinking and having fun.

The hotel's硬件 (hardware) is well-maintained, and it boasts a prime C-position sea view of Donggang. Although it shares a building with the Hilton, each has its own entrance, preventing it from getting overly noisy due to accommodating two hotels simultaneously. Maggie from the Guest Relations Department called me in advance and added me on WeChat, consistently helping to improve my stay experience throughout. Furthermore, an unexpected room upgrade during the Mid-Autumn Festival was a pleasant surprise. The executive lounge's à la carte service during off-peak seasons and no à la carte on holidays goes against the usual hotel model, but it does reduce waiting times for meals during holiday periods. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and offers great value for money. They provide disposable toilet seat covers, paper cups, razors, toothbrushes, bottled water, and more. The housekeeping staff cleans the room daily, so it's always spotless when I return, which makes me very happy. The surrounding environment is also lovely, with plenty of greenery and fresh air. There are famous restaurants nearby, making daily life quite convenient. I'll definitely come back again.
