Best Dallas Spa Hotels

Booked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

Great hotel, location, accommodations and food. Luis, the maintenance man fixing a table one morning in the lobby was exceptionally kind, helpful and went out of his way to make certain I was having a great stay. I would strongly recommend staying at the hotel crescent.

Fabulous stay and the staff really goes above and beyond to make it that way. Found the hotel through Amex Fine Hotels and loved the perks and room upgrades. Everyone was lovely, looking to help and making the stay comfortable. The rooftop pool is great and lots of lounges/shade. Did room service salad, salmon with quinoa and dessert which was delicious and a treat. Gym has a lot of options including squat rack. Downstairs coffee shop and I was able to use the complimentary black car service. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Dallas.

Four-star hotel is expensive, the price is not high!

Though the front desk and other staff were professional, this hotel needs quite a bit of remodeling attention with its rooms, especially with the room's bathrooms. In my booked room, the toilet roll holder was non-functional and barely held to the wall. The bathtub was in need of faucet and shower head repair. When taking a shower, it took several minutes for the water to become warm enough to take a shower. The were many other remodeling needs, as well.

The location is in Downtown, the busiest place in Dallas. Many hotels around. There are also tourist attractions. There is a skyscraper connected to the hotel. Very nice hotel.

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

Hotel staff is amazing check in was a breeze the rooms are nice size and clean. We stayed the Sunday Dallas had the rain and heavy flooding and we heard nothing of the storm until we were leaving Monday morning to checkout

Our reservation manager, Thank, was very accommodating to our requests and her helper, Mr Pedro, went above and beyond to help ensure our bags got to our room AND provided a secondary refrigeration for delegate items we needed to be stored in our room. Tremendous experience - Bravo!
