就在丹江口大壩不遠的地方，離大壩景區入口十分鐘左右步行時間。酒店環境好，裏面園林式景觀，餐廳的餐廳價格不貴，也比較好吃，服務周到。房間乾淨。但是下水道返味太嚴重，儘管有塑料片蓋着，還是臭死個人了。不是一般的臭。大壩景區完全是個坑，不值得去。

設施：雖有些陳舊，但基本齊全，不影響使用。有很大的院子，停車非常方便。樓層結構是迴廊式，入住比較舒適。
衞生：乾淨整潔，清理及時。
環境：賓館周邊環境比較安靜，離丹江口水庫大壩景區很近，方便參觀遊覽。建議來大壩景區走一走環庫公路，景色非常秀美。
服務：前台、樓層、餐廳等工作人員都很熱情，服務周到。早餐品種不多，可滿足營養需求。
值得推薦的是，賓館龍山食府（餐廳）點餐很棒，經濟實惠，尤其是丹江口翹嘴鮊（俗稱白魚，國家地理標誌產品）、紅尾魚，清蒸和家燒都做的很好吃，應該是當地的特色。

丹江口大壩黃金週旅遊駐地，這個賓館非常好，場地開闊，停車場很大，服務人員素質很高，關鍵是衞生乾淨，就在大壩下邊，晚上站到院子中，就能看到大壩上的激光燈光秀，免費早餐，晚上熱水充足。出門右拐就是大壩景區。出門左拐就是沿漢江小吃一條街，
