每次來丹陽幾乎都會住這個酒店，因為價格各方面都還可以，就是這個服務真的太欠缺了，好幾次因為各式各樣的小問題，有一天晚上那個房間的那個被套臟了，我也沒説什麼，我都是自己換的，上面都是女的臉上的粉啊，什麼還有頭髮什麼東西也就不提了。這次大概連住了個五六天吧，今天要求換一間房間，前台不知道誰就説不可以説主管不在，我想問一下，換房間需要主管同意嗎？就算需要就算主管不在，不能打個電話嗎？是聯繫不上了還是什麼？不要找這種藉口來糊弄別人。都是老客户了，這樣子對待這個服務太差勁了。
