Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

Had a wonderful stay with a lovely view. The rooms are well-kept, and the service is superb. Subrata, Prasant, Prashanta, and Puja at the front desk were very attentive and welcoming, ensuring all our needs were addressed promptly. Their professionalism made our stay memorable. Highly recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

4 premier rooms booked for 1 night of Dec 04,2024 by a group of 5 senior citizens. Rooms given on the 2nd floor of which rooms 201-208 had no air-conditioning working. Hence no ventilation. At check in we asked for higher floors but no rooms were apparently available. On complaining thst it was clastrophobbic & that we cannot stay in a room with a running rod heater & no circulation & ventilation, we were shifted to decent rooms on the 5th floor with a lot of grouse & that too in the evening. We were barely there to even enjoy our stay. They immediately put back the non functional rooms on the inventory, perhaps to stretch their luck with another batch of unsuspecting tourists. Housekeeping, breakfast & reception staff were courteous. I understand that the hotel was under renovation & had it's difficulties but to sell rooms which had no air-conditioning & should have been taken off the inventory was a health safety violation.
