Very great and clean property. Rooms were spacious and hotel ambiance was very good. Very polite and friendly staff. Special mention for the F&B staff: Aita,Roshna,Suresh,Shiva for their service, hospitality and polite behaviour. They have arranged live singing in the dining area for entertainment by One of their staff named Pravesh. He sings both hollywood a bollywood songs really good and his voice was really soothing. Pravesh is a really excellent singer who reads a room well and engages with the audience. This enhanced our dining experience. We had booked their breakfast and dinner package. Each and every dish was very delicious thanks to chef Suren. On our last day we wanted to have something different so we ordered red sauce pasta and fries which were very tasty and appetizing. I have tried pasta from lots of places but this one was amazing and it had an authentic Italian taste with a small hint of Indian seasoning. Fries were also very good. Apart from this starters, main course, breakfast everything was perfect. They also serve some local dishes for breakfast. The whole team was friendly and polite with their customers. Hotel location was perfect and it is located at a walking distance from mall road. We can also see Kanchenjunga ranges from hotel. Property was clean, cozy, warm, and very photogenic. Would highly recommend this property.

It was memorable stay and dinning the best experience at Summit swiss Darjeeling. Restaurant staff so really polite and dedicated for service. Thanks to F&B staff Aita, Roshana, Sushant ,Shiva .all service with smiling. Thanks to Chef Suren for delicious food served . Staff Pravesh is best singer who sing song at dinner time for Guest .

great hotel with good Kanchanjanga view and the location is near to Mall Road good staff good breakfast menu clean room and honoured with my choice of room no the view from hotel was nice and we spend great time there the loan and the garden was net and clean time of stay november 2021 Kalyan Roy

I really loved the ambience and the view of the hotel. Food is good. Perfect place to spend with family. The terrace is ideal for children to enjoy. If i get chance i would visit again and again. Thank you for your warm welcome

Location wise it's near to mall road around 10mins walk. Hotel stay was good. There are few issues to be improved. Towels are not provided. We have to ask, after asking they give one. After knowing the peak season, no. Of guests arrival one will keep stock of these and see guests are happy with the service. Moreover they should divide floors with smoking rooms, non smoking rooms. They given beside smoking room, and we have to open windows for the odour to go out.

Reception : the reception staff was unaware of our booking. The room was not ready at 11:40 even though we booked for a 9-5 day use room. The staff was curt in telling us that the room would take another 20 minutes to get ready. Actually it took longer. A cup of tea or a warm beverage could have been offered to guests when you make them wait, specially if the weather is cold. The sofas in the lobby were dirty. Staff was well turned out. Food : food ordered in the room was good. Momos were tasty and hot, maggi was good and not soupy, the veg pakoras were excellent. Room : was basic - odd in design with two pillars in the middle of the room. Dressers shelf was almost falling off. Cupboard had a very hard magnet and was hard to open. Wall next to the writing table had tea stains and was not clean. Heater in the room was a good touch. Bathroom : towels looked worn out. Bath water had a good temperature and was in good supply. Lighting in the bathroom was poor, you cant shave in such poor light. Exhuast fan was connected to the light switch so you could not swithc off the fan without switching off the light. Having the exhaust on creates an airflow of cold air - something that is undesirable after a warm bath. Other than this the stay was ok. Pictures of the hotel do not match the pictures of the place that we stayed in - this looked like a new wing and there was no mention of that
