This was a solo trip to sikkim and north bengal. Stay over at mayfair tea estate siliguri before departure to kolkata. Stay was totally worth it. After a hectic tour schedule a day with complete relaxation was needed. The beautiful property and serene ambience ***** with polite helpful personnel made the stay memorable. The cuisine was awesome. I booked the heritage room which felt like living during the times of maharaja such grandeur.

Fantastic hotel. Great service very cut your staff. Pleasant day. Bom was very helpful explained the history of the hotel, as well as a tour of the hotel and a video of the tea processing. The staff were very courteous and always on the ready to help.

Food quality is good and delicious We are satisfied with your service specially of Sohan and Dipankar Good Experience .... starter was really good and delicious....buffet setup was very wide enough that we couldn't complete it ..........................

The personnel were very supportive and had a wonderful stay thanks to the efforts of the entire staff. The food was great. The ambience was mind blowing.. Kamaljeet at reception was especially very helpful with the the check in and check out procedures.
