服務能力太差了，有個物品遺落在酒店，讓酒店幫忙郵寄，3天了，如果不催，快遞號都不知道，也沒有人和你聯繫是否已經郵寄走了，從快遞那查詢，除了留的電話對，收件人姓名和地址都不對，導致快遞3天都沒辦法派送，還得收件人自己找快遞查
