bed not in the right order, AC filters not cleaned, on 3rd floor, no real resort feeling, better hotels in other areas of Dauin for the price paid. smell of sewer in bathroom...dont recommend

I want to mention very nice Philippine breakfast, that you can order additionally if you want - it’s very abundant for its money cost, also - tasty. Next - very comfortable access to the sea. Almost no corals when you go around the hotel. Still advise you to wear coral boots since nearby, swimming a little bit to the right - you’ll find paradise reef for you snorkeling lowers! Finally, very nice and welcoming staff whom we want to give our special thanks! Every issue we asked was solved. Cats are also quite cute!

Service and food were good. Only that dinner can only be placed until 6:30 pm and breakfast is available only from 7 am.

I stayed there for 4 days. The drain in the shower room was clogged, but I told the front desk and they cleaned it right away. The beach is nearby and there is a restaurant on-site, so it can be noisy with parties, but they finish by around 8pm. The sunrise seen from the beach in the morning is beautiful.

I really liked the location. Family hotel right on the beach. Cozy courtyard. Black sand. Tides do not interfere with swimming, which is important in the Philippines. The food is good in the hotel cafe. All guests were invited to Christmas dinner! For free! We had fun and played games. This is considered the best place for swimming in Dugamete (Dauin)

I booked Cesar’s Place well in advance of my arrival and informed the manager the day before of my arrival time however I received no reply. On arrival I showed my paid for Agoda booking reservation and they looked at me as if I was from another planet. There was no record of it however the lady in charge that day did find me a room at another hotel close by, took me there and because I had paid Cesar’s for the room, she paid for my stay. There was very little accommodation available at the time and it was very good of her to find a solution. I was also disappointed that I couldn’t contact Agoda and I’m a little hesitant to use Agoda again.
