Excellent from front desk to bell man who assisted us ! But I wish they offering discount or promo for those who stayed longer like 3 nights , also housekeeping , always tend tonremind to replenish some toiletries.

The place is a good place to stay in Davao. It does not cost us much but we had a great and very comfortable stay. The place is nice and tidy, very quiet and staffs are all welcoming. We had a short city tour offered by the hotel and we enjoyed it. There are a lot of food chains and convenience store just walking distance so its really a convenient place to stay away from home.

I will love to stay in there again, very accommodating staff clean and the pool as well quit balcony center of the fresh air ugh☺️

Over-rated. Old hotel, no safety-box, use generic (self-made) supplies giving a cheap feel to the guests. Breakfast was limited & not very good. Overall, a disappointment. For the price they charge, expect more.

Always such a pleasure to stay at Pinnacle Hotel when visiting Davao City. The rooms are always clean and I love the breakfast spread.

It took awhile before our booking was confirmed. No compensation or anything was offered to us for the delay caused from the hotel. Breakfast is ok, amenities is ok.

While the hotel boasts a luxurious exterior, the room left something to be desired with outdated furnishings. The air conditioner, though effective, tends to be a bit noisy at night. On the positive side, the toilet and bath are clean, offering both hot and cold water. The location is a highlight, conveniently within walking distance of GMALL. However, check-in proved to be a bit time-consuming compared to other hotels. A spacious parking lot at the back is available, but the absence of a backdoor entry from the parking area necessitates a walk to the main lobby. The breakfast, while not outstanding, is satisfactory.
