İki aile olarak gittik ki biz de bir çocuk bir bebek diğer aile 2 yaşlıdan oluşuyordu Çok geniş bir alana yayılmadığı ve engebeler olmadığı için ayrıca rampalar düşünüldüğü için bebek arabası ile çocukla her yere ulaşım çok kolay çocuklar sürekli göz önünde ve daha önemlisi tüm çalışanların güler yüzlü oluşu gerçekten daha üst klasman otellerden bile daha iyi hepsine teşekkür ederim. Yemek seçenekleri çok geniş değil ama oldukça temiz ve lezzetli. Ankara'da öğlen ve akşam mutlaka balık çıkıyor ama diğer seçenek genelde tavuk veya hindi ya da bana denk gelmedi. Onun dışında istenen fiyatların karşılığını tam olarak alabiliyorsunuz mutlaka çocuklarına bir daha tekrar gideceğim.

Öncelikle iyi yönlerinden bahsetmek isterim. Otele ulaşım rahat, havuzları ve aqua parkları güzel ve temizdi. Cankurtaran personelleri çok dikkatliydi. Onlara teşekkür ederim. Yemekleri ve atıştırmalıklar iyiydi. Aç bırakmaz. Animasyondan Casper beye, havuz barda Timur beye, müşteri ilişkilerine ki hep bizimle ilgilendiler(Berna hanımdı sanırım) ve alacarte restaurant çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Kötü yanları kaldığımız oda pis, mini bar boştu, rica minnet doldurdular, hep bahane söylediler, ayrıca rica minnet temizlik yaptırdık,zamanında temizleme yapılmadı. Diğer müşteriler de bu konuda tartışıyorlardı. Personel eksikliği çok fazla, yemekte , barda her yerde sıra bekleme süresi fazla. Son olarak restaurantta masalar pis, personel eksikliğinden masaların temizlenmesi için çok bekleniyor ayrıca tabaklar, çatal ve bıçaklar da pisti.

This is more a 3 star hotel most definitely not a 5 star. Reception staff don't speak English so check in was basic info only. The rooms are nice and clean and housekeeping staff are great. It's advertised as having 3 a la carte restaurants but new management have closed them all except one which is Italian during the week and Seafood on a weekend. You have to select your main in advance from 2 options and you can only visit the restaurant once during your stay!!! Both hotel and Easyjet websites advertise multiple a la carte restaurants. Both websites also list activities and animation, this was non existent until the day before we came home. Bar staff don't understand English and some are very rude. A Vodka and coke seemed way to complicated and often came in 2 glasses one full of vodka and one full of coke 😂 All in all a huge disappointment and will definitely not return

Wonderful Hotel ,, beautiful rooms, same as on the picture, delicious food, very , clean water in swimming pools great water slides with lifeguards supervise, clean private beach,, bus stop in front of the hotel to town Kusadasi , great friendly staff , 100% recommendable place for families with children, activity for kids, yoga , darts, mini disco 🕺 ….. thank You Flora Garden Ephesus For wonderful holiday 10/06-20/06 …. 1220😘

Świetny hotel na wysokim poziomie. Czyściutko, obsługa niezwykle serdeczna. Jedzenie, przekąski, lody, gofry, napoje - wszystko pycha, świeże, ciężko chodzić głodnym. Grupa animatorów przesympatyczna. W miniamfiteatrze co wieczór minidisco dla dzieci i występy/pokazy dla dorosłych. Przepiękna zieleń na terenie hotelu. Sam hotel lekko na uboczu, ale dla nas nie był to żaden kłopot. 10 min. spacerkiem do tureckiego bazaru. Bezpośrednio przy hotelu szeroka plaża z leżakami i parasolami. Piękne widoki. Wyjazd bardzo udany. Jedyny mikrominus to dość krótkie godziny otwarcie zjeżdżalni (10-12:30, 14 - 16:30). Generalnie bardzo polecamy, nawet z małym dzieckiem.

Öncelikle bayramı burada geçirmekten büyük keyif aldığımı söylemek isterim. Otelin yemek çeşitliliğine bayıldım. Yemekleri gerçekten beklediğimden çok çok daha iyiydi. Yüzme havuzu çok temiz ve güzeldi. Kapalı havuz biraz soğuktu ama yine de güzeldi. Hamam ve sauna çok iyiydi. Oda temizliği güzeldi. Şimdi de yaşadığım olumsuzlukları söylemek istiyorum. Öncelikle F&B müdürü Ali beyi ilk gördüğümde personeller üzerinde gereksiz bir baskı oluşturduğunu düşünmüştüm ama daha sonradan fark ettim ki gerçekten işini güzel yapıyor ve aşırı derecede ilgili. Restorant bölümünde bulunan bazı garson ve komiler maalesef mıy mıy hareketlerinden dolayı Ali beyin davranışının yerinde olduğunu gözlemledim. Animasyon ekibi bence çok zayıftı. Gündüz aktiviteleri çok düşük kaldı bence yani en azından gittiğim diğer otellere kıyasla. Güvenlik ekibine de ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum çünkü o bayram yoğunluğunda işlerini gerçekten iyi yaptılar :) Bir parantez de pool bar da gündüz bulunan Timur beye açmak istiyorum. Çok nazik ve işini severek yapan sürekli güler yüzlü olan bir insan. Bu arada deniz ege denizi olduğu için biraz soğuk geldi ama çok temizdi. Son olarak şunu eklemek istiyorum denize girecek olan misafirlere denize girme saatlerini öğlen 12 ye kadar ayarlayın çünlü öğleden sonra deniz biraz dalgalı ve rüzgarlı oluyor.

The best hotel. Really nice food ! We liked it a lot. The food is great ,room very clean ,and plenty of activity. Animation , tennis, kids club ,disco . The staff is lovely, definitely will come back . Highly recommended. My kid was the most happy here.
