自建房，房間很大，設施一般，但是落地窗正對着田園小山、景色很好，一樓有餐廳，沒有電梯，但都是老闆幫我們搬行李，門口可以停車，去景區很近

明仕田園這周邊的酒店民宿要住的好就很貴，便宜的自然條件有限。總體這景區的住宿費用就是比其他地方貴，根本找不到價廉物美的。衹能説要便宜的話還要什麼自行車。

衞生間的蹲坑有點受不了。

房間非常簡單，就是很普通的雙床房，然後有空調有電視。
衞生不太好，主要是衹刷牙杯子看起來非常臟，完全不敢用，用礦泉水刷的牙。
房間比較潮另外，嗯足球用到後輩子，南京當時大概是25度左右，嗯，晚上也比較熱，嗯，主要是吵，所以並不太好睡着。
另外還有一個不太好睡着的原因，就是衞生間的排水聲音特別響。嗯整晚基本上都可以聽到水流嘩嘩嘩的聲音。
另外還有一個建議就是，嗯，景觀房和非景觀房的參考照片建議不建議用一樣的，非景觀房用的參考照片上，有名是田園的景觀，但實際上根本看不到，因為我當時沒有留意這個房型的事情，嗯，訂了普通房，以為有景觀可以看，結果衹能看到街道。
另外表揚一下老闆很熱情，當天去德天瀑布的時候，嗯坐摩的受傷了，然後老闆很熱心的給找到碘伏和棉簽。
