地理位置優越，電梯坐到2樓就直接到温泉，房間裏就可以換好衣服，免去了來回換衣服的麻煩。客服幫我們免費升級了房型，房間更大，還有陽台，挺開心的的。有幾個湯池的温度有點高，大熱天的建議調低一點就更好了。

前台小姐姐態度很好，見我們帶着孩子還給免費做了房間升級，他們家玩水的項目比較多，夏季有游泳池也有温泉池，温泉池還有不同温度，長者和小孩玩的都很開心

我們提前到了，前台給提前辦理了入住，吳滇霞對業務很熟悉，辦理入住的整個過程非常快捷，還升級了房型。
房間設施很完善，配備大人和小朋友可以外穿的拖鞋、浴袍等
兩個孩子在酒店玩了兩天水，太開心了。大大小小的池子十多個，有不同温度的池子，完全能夠滿足老中青三代人的需求

有了二寶，我們幾乎每年都會來花水灣第一村泡温泉。這次我們6大2小訂了B區3個房間，都給我們升級到A區。房間更大，設施設備更新了。温泉池室內室外有20來個，還有個大泳池，13樓還有個雲端泳池。去年小寶不會游泳，不敢放開玩，今年暑假學會了游泳，就放飛自我了，泡完各個温泉池，就一直在泳池玩（本來我們頭天在紅珠山温泉酒店已經泡了温泉，孩子覺得沒有盡興，要求再來花水灣泡温泉）。早餐菜品比較豐富，孩子很喜歡。衹是孩子1.2米以上就算大人這點有點小遺憾。

這家酒店屬於不會第二次入住的，到了才發現和旁邊的温德姆酒店是一家的，在同一個總枱辦理入住，在網上訂購的私湯房到前台辦理手續時告知衹能使用一次，到房間一打開門撲鼻來的潮濕和黴味，洗手枱用着還要漏水，早餐就更不用提了人很多菜很少我是週二辦理的入住週三早上吃的早餐（是我吃過最差的早餐），各種環節體驗感都太差了

每次到花水灣都住“第一村”。温泉池子很多，大人泡温泉，小孩子耍水都可以滿足。房間裝修升級，安裝了智能馬桶，打掃得也很乾凈。早餐比較豐富，麪條味道很好。
