Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon.

Lovely & beautiful hotel in the heart of Deauville. Classic luxury hotel with a family atmosphere and attentive staff. The breakfast is truly fantastic and not to be missed! Great beach club.

Nous avons eu une grande déception sur le restaurant pas à la hauteur pour un 5 étoiles. Nous avons trouvé le mobilier vétusté cela m’a choquée . J’ai fait une grande différence avec le qroyal qui lui est à la hauteur à tout point de vu . Je n’y retournerai pas car je m’attendais à mieux ! On me dit que c’est normal pas encire au point que la direction vient de changer ce qui n’est pas une excuse pour moi . Si on est pas au point on n’ouvre pas c’est tout car le prix reste le même.

We spent five nights at this lovely hotel and our "prestige" room was perfect. We had a small sitting room, large beautifully decorated bedroom and a spacious, modern bathroom with two sinks, lots of counter space, a soaking tub, a separate shower and a toilet room. The breakfast buffet had anything you could possibly want. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach, as well as to the restaurants and shops in town. Hotel parking was expensive (I think 20 Euros a day). On street parking was also expensive during the day but free after 9 PM. The staff was helpful and pleasant although coffee service in the morning was a little slow. We were so happy we chose the Barriere and would love to go again.

C’était un cadeau de nos enfants Le service est tres professionnel La cuisine délicieuse du foie gras au riz de veau la purée maison et une tarte fine aux pommes pour finir ce délicieux déjeuner Le seul petit bémol a été le manque d’amuse bouche avec les flutes de champagne Nous avons réclamé et le serveur nous a amené des pralines et des noix de cajou Merci pour ce moment délicieux
