Overall good hotel with good value for money!
Unfortunately lack of professionalism on the part of the staff, who charged me for the room a second time even though I had made the payment online (they told me yes, we noticed the error, we will refund you within two weeks, no excuses, no commercial gesture)
In addition, we charge you 10 euros for open parking without security, everyone can park there, so one piece of advice, don’t take it, there are free spaces outside

+ : L'hôtel est exceptionnellement situé pour assister à un concert au Groupama Stadium. Nous avons attendu dans notre chambre jusqu'au début des premières parties, évitant ainsi la pluie et la foule, ce qui fut très agréable. L'hôtel passe les musiques de l'artiste/groupe qui se produit au Groupama, ce qui rend l'ambiance très agréable. Le menu est également adapté à l'évènement. L'hôtel est très joli et bien équipé. - : La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu la nuit détestable malgré la beauté des lieux et les équipements. Nous avons été obligés d'ouvrir les fenêtres, nous exposant ainsi au bruit des avions (aéroport à 9 km). Il est impossible de se rendre directement à l'hôtel après le concert. L'attente interminable, entassés dans la file des gens attendant le tram, est infernale alors qu'un accès direct est possible mais interdit sauf pour les personnes handicapées. Le brunch d'avant-concert est très cher pour le contenu. Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais : 700 € la nuit, c'est excessif pour le confort de la chambre. En revanche, c'est compréhensible car la localisation est incroyable et permet de ne pas attendre le concert dans la foule.

Idéalement situé pour assister au concert de Coldplay mais tarifs aussi en fonction avec paiement d’avance non remboursable mais prestations corrects et bonne organisation permettant de dîner avant le concert. Responsable au restaurant très pro et efficace, petite carte mais plats de qualité Bar ouvert après le concert et petit déjeuner bien. Chambre correcte mais problème avec le coffre et bien que nous ayons demandé à la réception, personne n’est jamais venu !

Établissement à la hauteur de la magie du concert Tout est prévu pour que vous n’ayez rien à prévoir justement Tout est organisé au rythme du concert (brunch d’avant concert - bar ouvert après concert avec pizza, parking payant à dispo ….) Une équipe aux petits soins, directeur présent bref expérience à renouveler très vite sans aucune hésitation 🫶 Merci et félicitations à toute l’équipe !!!!

Je venais pour le match France-Angleterre… et l’accueil a été très soigné … de petites attentions dans la chambre: pralines de Lyon, mini ballon de rugby…
Les écrans de télévision ont retransmis les matchs de l’après midi avec une ambiance extrêmement sympathique..beaucoup d’anglais ayant fait le déplacement… et se rendre à pied au stade…. Le bonheur
