the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences

Pros - 1. Well trained and courteous staff. 2. Smooth check in/check out, got complimentary room upgrade. 3. Helpful restaurant staff. 4. Good location of the hotel. Cons - maintenance of the hotel needs more attention -
1. Power supply in my room side of the hotel kept getting disrupted, which could not be rectified by the hotel, so i had to relocate to another room. 2. There was no full length mirror in the room we were shifted to, making it difficult to dress up for the function we came for. 3. The room intercom was out of order, so i had to use the one in the lobby every time, which was very inconvenient.

Fantastic food and exceptional service. Manager Rishav and staff made our dinner truly unforgettable. Specially the alfresco area is so relaxed , I would definitely recommend this space , and would like to join for a breakfast……………………….

given we are a repeat guest at this Hotel in one of the most preferred locations across India i.e. Dehradun, the service quality, standards of hospitality and promptness still remain intact and top notch! Cleanliness, Hygiene and upkeep is just what you expect from a name like that.... Food on the 5th floor terrace amidst the "Clean AIR" (read Delhi/NCR in b/w :)) and quick service just adds to the overall pleasant stay.. thanks Nikhil for your help

I just visited Hyatt on 9 November and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart and I can assure you that you will never regret it.

Amazing hospitality and excellent location just near the city centre and pacific mall dehradun The staff was very professional and my checkin and checkout was smooth all the credit goes to nikhil and drishti from front office and and amazing breakfast buffet spread kudos to team hyatt centric rajpur road
