The Emerald Grand

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, food, service, beautiful banquet hall friendly staff!! I visited two days ago we had a family get-together in this hotel, we enjoyed the food, decoration and morning breakfast buffet. I will recommend this hotel to all my dear one thanks to all the emerald grand staff to making my event beautiful.

I booked about 25 rooms at the Emerald Grand for my daughter's wedding. All my guests had a very comfortable stay and were all praises for the room size, the staff and the food. The breakfast was very lavish and taste wise it was awesome. The lunch served was also very nice. On the whole the place is very nice and one must not think twice before booking it. Thanks to all staff for our stay a memorable one. They were really very very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives. Thanks again !

I have personally visited this hotel now more than 5-6 times,and i always use to stay here for one or straight 2 days,though the pricing ranges are high no doubt,but i actually lovee the service,the respect,the view from the rooms,the food the decency of the staff,how trained and well performing they are and how they always manage to help us with each and every service they are providing. stay was very nice,staff is very nice and the behaviour of the staff is so good to every one, specially front office staff rooms are well decore and rooms are so good. food and service are so nice.

In the month of June I visited the dehradun for trip with my family. My trip was for 3 days that's why I decided to stay with the best property which is pocket friendly with good ambiance I seach alot after some time I see the emerald grand which is offering very good deal to there customers during the peak season also. I went to hotel with my family the front office staff deal very friendly with me and I ask them to show the room they showed me all categories of the room at last I final the executive room which has sufficient space and the rooms are very specious and the amenities are also very good which are provided by the hotel. The staff is very good with there guest they deal very politely with the guest. The food is very good. Ambiance and staff is most beautiful part of the hotel. The way they deal with their guest. Location is also so good with mountain view. There is many this to right about the hotel bhut i ends my experience with the note that when ever I visit the dehradun. I would like to stay with teh emarald only because of his staff and ambiance. At last thanking all the staff member of emerald for making my staff such beautiful.

Rooms are full of grasshopper, beetle flies. Food was poor, location was poor. Staff was too rude. Full of mosquitoes in room. Not maintain high gine.cafeteria was also full of flies. Pl don't book.
