Everything was excellent, from the moment you arrived!
Very simple check-in, the receptionists are friendly and efficient, they all speak good English and are very accommodating. The room was large, clean, quality bedding, beautiful finishes, impeccable shower, soberly decorated and above all very well soundproofed. On the first floor a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. I had a foot massage which was very pleasant.
The restaurant staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. The buffet dinner as well as the breakfast are plentiful and everything is very good (the vegetarian dishes at least), cooked with care and for all palates.
An excellent experience. I will definitely come back

The standard of cleanliness was absolutely vile. The staff weren’t properly trained and were always causing issues. The food options were extremely limited, was sometimes stale. The professionalism was extremely poor.
Would not recommend at all.

I stayed here on q half board basis as part of an Exoticca tour. This is an ok hotel. It's tired in places, scruffy in others. The rug in my room was filthy. The beds are comfortable, the shower is decent. What lets it down is the noise. It's right in the middle of wedding venues and each night until 1am or later there are fireworks, drums, plus the usual car horns. You can't block it out, so I recommend you take ear plugs. Bizarrely, they don't sell alcohol in the restaurant or mini bar. Apparently you can order alcohol to room service, but a bottle of wine is circa £35! Soft drinks are expensive by Indian standards too. There was no hairdryer in my room but I took my own. If you are looking for a budget hotel to rest your weary head this place is fine. It's just not great.

At the Park Plaza Shahdara and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude. I especially enjoyed dining at the Promenade restaurant, where the buffet and à la carte options showcased delicious Indian and international dishes. The hotel’s location near the metro made it convenient to explore Delhi, and amenities like the pool and fitness center added to the stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
