There was ***** hair on the shower. They didn’t come in to clean right away, I had to ran hot water for a while. The shower glass was dirty too.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with this hotel. I was disappointed with the staff's rude behavior and they cancel my room was cancelled without any prior notice, after payment was done which created a lot of inconvenience for me. Lastly, I noticed discrepancies in the billing, which led me to believe that a fake bill was generated.

The hotel did not have an available room although reservation was confirmed and the fee was fully paid in advance. The hotel refused to cancel the booking although it is not offering room, meaning the hotel is not willing to refund, and did not offer any help at midnight to find another accommodation. At the end, the *********** investigated and cancelled my reservation at free of charge, as hotel was “not reachable” when the *********** agents called more than 5 times in about 5 hours. After 3 months, the refund has not been paid. What made it even worse is that the hotel staff were so rude, pretended not speaking English once the situation was not good for them. I ended up looking for another hotel in the middle of the night alone as a female traveler.

So I booked Fabhotel anutham in Saket Delhi, when I visited the hotel they said they don't have any rooms available for today. I contacted the FabHotels support team and asked for the refund that I've paid in advance. I'm writing this review after waiting for more than 20 days and still, I haven't got any refund yet.

Nice ambience with polite staff. Services and breakfast was very good. According to me it is a good place for couple stay as well. Will recommend this hotel for couples, family and friends. Location Cleanliness
