The hotel refused to give me a room as he sold it to another customer on the spot with higher price and I lost my money and room and it was a disaster

Staff is kind. Nice room with a balcony and beautiful view on the mountains. Private and free parking. Breakfast is not like the pictures. Very poor breakfast. Wifi is not working well in the rooms but it’s working well in the lobby. There is not a kettle in the room.
