I am not sure if this was a typical "cave" hotel -- but the rooms definitely had that kind of finishing and look and feel. The staff were very helpful and coordial. The lady at the reception (Fifi) definitely worth mentioning - coz she was a great assistance in arranging for stuff. While, the restaurent served average breakfast, the other meals were pretty scrumptous though. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely choose this hotel again.

Ürgüp merkezde otelin konumu çarşı merkeze çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde hizmet genel olarak iyi , kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde ürünler yeterli personeller çok güler yüzlü özellikle sadık beyin ilgisine alakasına çok teşekkür ederiz tekrar geleceğiz.

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per tre notti,devo dire che le camere,non tutte uguali, hanno un certo odore per il fatto di essere scavate nella roccia,la mia era veramente spaziosa con idromassaggio e doccia la location è veramente affascinante anche se molto scomoda, inaccettabile dover salire settanta scalini per fare colazione.

Otelin konumu sebebiyle restorant ve terastaki manzarası hem gece hem de gündüz çok güzel bir görüntüye sahip. Odalar otelin inşa edildiği alandaki mimari esintiler kullanılarak yapıldığı için sanki gerçekten peri bacası içinde kalıyormuş hissiyatı uyandırdı(belki gerçekten peri bacasıdır bilmiyorum :D). Otelde çalışan arkadaşlara ve özellikle Aslı hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum. Gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyim sundular bizlere. Kesinlikle tekrar tekrar gitmek istenilecek türden bir yer.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The location is ideal for exploringthe region, as it offers pictureque views and easy access to the shopping area and restautants (300 m).The breakfast is typically highlighted for its variety and quality. Overall a five star experience with blend of traditional atmosphere with luxury comfort in the heart of Cappadocia.
