Esperienza terribile. Ottima posizione, ma da ristrutturare completamente. Stanza tutta ammuffita, intonaco che ti cadeva in testa, bagno con doccia da fare i brividi tra ruggine e sporcizia. Direttrice supponente, maleducata e arrogante. Qualche sera musica fino a tardi, interrotta alle 23:30 solo dopo svariate lamentele. Cena ripetitiva e mediocre. Colazione con poca scelta ma buona. 1 solo cameriere cordiale e attento al cliente.

Il luogo dove si trova questo hotel è affascinante, panoramico, ma per arrivare nella hall c'è una ripida salita. Le camere sono posizionate anche all'esterno del corpo centrale, lungo strade a volte dissestate e sempre poco illuminate L'accoglienza non è cordiale, le camere sono poco pulite. A me per una notte è stata data una stanza senza finestra! Sia la cena che la prima colazione sono state poco gradevoli, la qualità del cibo è scarsa. Non è comunque un hotel adatto a persone di una certa età. Forse - data la posizione - vi si può organizzare un dopocena in terrazza.

buongiorno ,volevo recensire la pessima esperienza avuta in questo hotel nel mese di settembre con il viaggio organizzato da Turisanda .Intanto toglierei dal nome luxury ,perchè non si può definire tale un posto dove alcune camere interrate o al piano terra come la mia la 114 dove appena sono entrata l'odore di muffa mi ha assalito immediatamente scatenando una crisi allergica gravissima. Non si tratta di un posto antico ,ma fatiscente ,tutto molto datato e arruginito .Sono dovuta ricorrere al cortisone e antistaminico.A seguito delle mie rimostranze mi è stato proposto un cambio in un infimo hotel vicino al terzo piano di una vecchia casa turca.La direttrice molto scortese mi ha detto o questo o non posso cambiarti stanza(alcuni gruppi dovevano ancora arrivare).Poi la musica assordante di giorno e di notte fino a tarda sera. Lo sconsiglio vivamente ,la cena ripetitiva ,il personale di sala gentile. Ho scritto anche a Turisanda mandando le foto delle condizioni della stanza fatiscente e sporca. purtroppo il video non me lo carica.

I can’t say enough good things about this spectacular hotel! The staff was extremely attentive, the food, second to none! A rooftop bar with incredible cave and city views and they had a great jazz band that filled the evening with delightful music and ambiance! This hotel is a Don’t miss!,,,

Очень стильно оформленный отель. Номера похожи на кельи, но с удобствами. Отличный персонал. Находится в супер классной локации. Центр ближайшего города в шаговой доступности. Вид у отеля на три стороны, все очень здорово. Завтрак не шведский стол, приносил официант стандартный набор, но было сытно, вкусно. Были яйца, овощи, сыры и сладости. Считаю, что в данной локации это лучший отель.

Camere grandi con idromassaggio . Un po’ come un albergo diffuso forse in salita e non adatto alle persone molto Anziane . Bello , vista stupenda . Niente tv in camera ma tanto non si ha tempo per guardarla . Ho apprezzato molto l’idromassaggio . La cucina non era super .. le Zuppe buone
