Great value for money. Nice sea view from the bedroom. Although the hotel is dated but the bedroom already refurbished. If the resort put more effort to refurbish the lobby and common facilities, the hotel will attract more guests .

The building quite old and give scary impression. However , the staff are all very friendly and helpful , memang rasa duduk resort 4 star. The amenities is ok. The breakfast also good , which have variety of choices. So far everything is good , just need to improve their building to not look scary 😅

Old school hotel vibes. We stayed at the suite which was spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. It was low season. That’s probably why the beach bar is not open and the room service operates until 2pm only! The seafood restaurant nearby was good. Overall it’s a good stay.

Rm 306 & 308-toilet floor trap smells, the sewer line is dirty, not service for years. Toilet smells. The Bangladeshi cleaner just place a urinal perfume patch on the floor traps after feedback.  Rm 306 toilet bowl cannot flush toilet paper after 10 flush.  Rm 306 electrical socket tripped on 2nd night, but MCB not working. Rm MCB cover also drop off, not secure. In danger of electrical fire.  Rm 306 aircon cover vibrate, not secure.  Rm 306,308 toilet basin edges dirty. The stain turn black, must be there for ages. I had to teach the Bangladeshi cleaner how to clean. As he came in, spray freshener and wanted to leave.  Lift interior smell badly.  Rm doors, lobby counter door laminate worn out, looks like cheap hotel. All corridors flooring tiles discolour and top coating worn out due to wrong use of strong bleach to clean but did not wash away.  Hotel rms corridors, lobby, facade wall got bad seepages issue. Facade wall faded. Corridor parapet wall wood covers decayed badly.  Corridor hosereel rusted, wood panel decayed All window glass did not clean properly, full of stain and finger print. Restaurant door dirty, old signage masking tape mark visible Lower ground floor floor tiles broke. Hotel use cheap, different colour tiles to patch.  Landscaping is almost zero, lallang glass visible around swimming pool area. Bamboo outgrown until whole place like wild forest.  Swim pool foot tap not working. Swim pool water dirty, a lot of sand  Water pipe for shower and heater and using cheap PVC pipe in rooms, pool area.  Common area cleanliness need to improve, lizard dropping on wall and flooring visible.  The hotel looks like Bangladeshi dormitory.

Smelly lift, slow water pressure, on weekday restaurant close early.
