"Misleading and Unprofessional Service"
I would strongly advise against booking this villa. We reserved accommodation for 5 adults, only to be informed upon check-in that the advertised bunk bed, which was meant to accommodate adults, was actually too fragile and "a little small" for anyone over a certain size. When we inspected the bed, it was already bent. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff insisted we pay extra to make any changes, which felt completely unreasonable. The overall space was extremely cramped, and the quality of the accommodations was far below expectations. This property is not suited for adults despite their misleading advertising. There are far better, more affordable options available elsewhere. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

we enjoyed a lot our stay in Desert Palms, cosy bungalows, walking distance from city, good pool, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. It is great the bungalows have a kitchenette well equiped. Beds could be better but overall we sleep well.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, with independent small villas under tall palm trees. Cars can be parked at the door. The rooms are big enough and very quiet at night. Dining is inconvenient.

Although it is said to be a motel, it is actually a very comfortable spire room. The room is fully equipped with bar and cooking utensils, which is very convenient for self-catering. The room is especially suitable for bringing two children. The corridor at the entrance is perfect for drinking tea and enjoying the cool air. Parking in the yard at the entrance is perfect.
