Find Designer Hotel in Hanoi

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Sinfonia del Rey. The location was superb next to the Hoan Kiem lake right in the middle of the Old Quarter. All of the staff were extremely friendly and special mention to Rose who greeted us and remembered our names throughout our stay, and to give us recommendations on where to eat while we were in Hanoi. We also wanted to thank the manager who checked us in and had more food recommendations and for the lady who checked us out that gave our son a departing gift. Thank you for having us!

Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

My wife and I stayed in Room 805 for 5 nights and 405 for 2 nights. Overall the facility was superb, something different from the international chain hotels like Marriott, Hilton etc. It offered a completely different and much more pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, modern and well appointed, with strong air conditioner and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and had a variety of pillows.... Lobby staff were polite efficient and service oriented. Mr Guan in particular was super responsive and helped us arrange transport, recommended restaurants and local points of interest, He even gave us his Whats app id so we could contact him. We had breakfast and several mid-day and dinner meals on the 9th Floor The decor was unique and immaculately clean. The food on offer was diverse, tasty, portions were good sized and price was reasonable. Overall good value for the money. We took full advantage of the daily happy hours on the 10th Floor. The views were amazing and when we were there the weather was perfect. The bar snacks were tasty here as well. We had the cheese sticks, mixed nuts, and mini burgers and were quite happy with all of the dishes. I always believe what makes a hotel really exceptional is the staff and their attitude towards service that make a visit exceptional. Over the seven nights we were there we saw some of the same faces over and over and were just in awe of their attentiveness, efficiency, desire to please their guests and make it overall a memorable experience. In particular Mr Guan, Truc, Ava and Frank were superstars, their presence made all the difference between an average stay and an exceptional one.

Jade Orental was our first stop in Hanoi after an 18 hour trip from the US. We were a group of 17 people. The General Manger Mr. Do and his staff welcomed us very well on arrival with a efficient check in process. The hotel is located in a great area (we were walking around after midnight and felt safe). Breakfast spread was excellent and food tasty with lots of variety, customer service was very good, rooms were well appointed and bed very comfortable. Felt at home and very welcomed. Would definitely go back there again. Thanks to everyone for making our stay there great.

The hotel is cute and central in Hanoi. Was able to walk to most places I wanted to see in the city. It’s in a quieter area compared to other places in the old Quarter. Right next to the St. Josephs Cathedral. The hotel had good facilities but hardly enjoyed them as I was a busy bee exploring Hanoi. Breakfast was also good with somewhat of a variety for this small hotel. The bathtub was absolutely amazing. They had delicious welcome snacks and fruits. The staff were also friendly and super helpful. Will definitely return when I visit Vietnam again.

Nice atmosphere, great location in the Old Quarters and super good service. All the staff is very nice and give a good service, Linh Nguyen gave his extra to make the stay perfect. An improvement point: This morning I woke up at 6am, since one from the staff knocked on the door next to ours and loudly said ”Room service”. It sounded like he was knocking our door... They could be a bit more quiet that early in the morning time. But I can really recommend a stay here.

Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights at peridot. We had some hiccups which was of no fault by the hotel..( like losing one luggage from our group from our cruise, and tour operator etc). The hotel went above and beyond to help us resolve our problems. Special thanks to Plum, who was so nice and friendly and was so professional and efficient to resolve issues for us. Hotel has plenty of restaurants and street food everywhere and is very near the lake. Beautiful pool and sky bar too.Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the bellboys to the front desk staff. They even gifted my mom who has a bad knee a herbal compress from the spa. Small details and kind gestures made our stay here so special. 5 stars to the peridot team!

Score 11/10! Very good experience that over my expectation! The most impressive part of the whole stay would be the sincere service from the front desk! From the very beginning their service would surprised you~ the Doorman welcomes you with a very good smile and help you deal with luggages. Welcome drinks serve while waiting for the check-in. After that a very handsome front-desk officer--Yu, help us introduce nearly every attraction of Ha Noi and famous restaurants as well. Sincerely thanks to Yu's kindness and assistance(also free room upgrade~). Also the infrastructure of the hotel is satisflying, from the roof bar, you can see the sword lake and also the most central view of old quarter. Breakfast with nearly 5-star standards. Highly recommend for tourists visiting old quarter!

I had a great three days stay at this hotel. I stayed with some friends and my family joined halfway in the week. The rooms were very nice, spacious and the facilities were vast. I very much enjoyed the breakfast which was a mixture of international and Asian cuisine, with curry, eggs, sweetcorn, porridge, cereal, and fried food for breakfast. The hotel is convenient for a trip to the night market every evening, with a 15 minute walk each way. It is also close to walking distance of the lotus puppet water show and other sites to visit, such as the Hanoi flag tower. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like a friendly stay they felt very safe and comfortable.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, very obliging and helpful. The king size bed and pillows very comfortable. Great shower and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. Well situated in the old quarter and so easy to walk to the lake, restaurants, coffee shops and Beer Street. Great rooftop bar and the Red Bean restaurant on thr ground floor very good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stayed here overall 8 nights in total.
