There were large tour groups that were staying at the hotel and I eventually left without having any breakfast. The groups totally devoured the food, and each time food was brought out the food was finished before I was able to get any. I left without eating as I could not stay until food would eventually be available. Furthermore, the tables were used prior to me sitting at the table and there was no cutlery, or anything replaced. Not a good experience at all. Dinner was somewhat better but still not a great experience. There was not enough chicken and when asked, the staff apologised and said we could have the spaghetti mince dish. Totally missed the point on this one.

Great stay @ Kimberley Road Lodge
We had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We expected more with regard to the additional breakfast it was overpriced and not on standard. Furthermore we were happy.

Hotel needs an upgrade
The air conditioners did not work and due to flies were told to keep the windows closed.

Despite the chilly weather of Kimberley our stay was delectable, however, the facility lacks communication means with the reception whien in your room. I found myself having to leave the room to the reception to ask for an iron when it would be easy to communicate via a telephone like in other hotels. Also, the room was not thorougly clean on the carpet when we returned to sleep for the second night.

Terrible experience in winter
My stay at your facility was terrible, firstly the heater wasn't working and with just one lousy blanket and the temperature had dropped on the day. I had to sleep with my clothes on to get some warmth,

Staff very friendly and helpful
Lacks a bit of maintenance
Aircon grill damaged
Shower door does not seal properly
Toilet door lock catch in frame loose
Would have liked rooibos tea in the room
Noise from ****** customers in parking area during the night is disturbing
