洗手枱下水管是壞的 按金當時沒有退 隔了6個小時我打電話問他 他們還説退了 後來電話掛了才退回來的 如果我不打電話你們就不退了嗎 你們的服務態度太差了

第一:前台服務態度散漫且不友好，從入住到退房開發票態度十分散漫
第二:房間可能是阿姨還是上個住客遺留的髮夾，看着很煩，清潔做的不到位。事後還打電話來問是不是我的？並且連句抱歉都沒得，來一句漫不經心的好嘛，而且態度不耐煩
第三:開發票也是不專業，離店之前就應該是確認好住客開發票渠道，事後催半天才通過了微信又來確認半天
第四:作為區縣兩百多所謂的豪華大床房還不如部分區縣百多塊錢的房間乾淨，設施，服務，都有問題，建議全方面優化，以後出差再也不會住了，真的很無語
