Anda Barut Collection – Ultra All Inclusive

My wife and I stayed at Anda Barut from 2nd to 7th November . Pros: We had a great time. It was very nice. Staff were all so friendly and professional. Facilities were great. Great variety of food at the buffet. Ala Carte restaurants we visited were superb. The adult zone 16+ was nice. Rooms were quiet and air con worked very well. There are many pools around. The water park looks great but we couldn't use it as it closed when we were there. The spa was great. The indoor pool was also very nice. We enjoyed the loungers around the pool and the freezer that stocked various Walls ice cream. Cons: Some pools outside that are heated were not pleasant as they were too cold. The indoor pool that is heated wasn't warm enough. Felt like they were barely heating the pools. The food at the buffet was bland. Need spices, salt and some black pepper(I'm not a fan of salt) but I had to add salt and black pepper to make my food tasty. This is a great place and we were told many improvements will be made when place closes on the 28th Nov 2024 till April 2025. We have booked for next year November again as we loved it there. We'd like to recommend 2 specific staff who are the cutsomer relation desk, one is named Mocahit who checked us in upon arrival and helped us solve an issue when we left our mobile phone in the shuttle that collected us from Bodrum Airport. He was very helpful. The other is Evelina who was also so helpful. She called the Bodrum Airport, then the shuttle company to look for our phone which was found and brought back to us abt an hr after we got to the resort. They both were very helpful. We highly recommend this place. We've been 3x to Lara Barut and find Anda Barut better for us. Lovely landscape around. Nice 2km walkway around resort for walks and jogging and also linking all the beaches together.

Our holiday at Anda Barut has been nothing short of AMAZING! We have had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel for a second time. It really hasn’t disappointed and exceeds expectations on so many levels and we have really loved staying here. There’s so many positive aspects to this hotel and the great staff that keep it running everyday. A few special mentions to the people in the areas of: Overall customer service: Friendly and served with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble. Ozge, the lady on guest relations was so helpful, professional and accommodating. Thank you! The hotel: Words, photos honestly don’t do this beautiful hotel enough justice. You have to feel and see it for yourself. There clearly has been attention to detail and thought behind everything and it shows. The cleaners do an amazing job in keeping every corner of this hotel clean and tidy everyday. Even the ladies in the restrooms who fold the toilet rolls, you are noticed and appreciated. The grounds and landscaping here is simply beautiful, gardeners do such a great job maintaining it. Spa / wellness centre: Tranquility! Such a relaxing and calming space within the hotel. Offering guests access to the thermal facilities and heated indoor pool. Perfect during the winter sun season. All of the spa team and amazing but a special mention to Duran, Zohra and Selim. So helpful and understanding to our needs throughout the week. Zohra gave the most amazing facials! Thank you! Also to mention the gym, state of the art equipment, various daily classes to suit most. Great instructor ladies in there. We visited the hotel for the second time in November in the very last week of it been open for the season. Prior to arriving we had anticipated some things would be different in respect to the hotel winding down and having less guests. For us the holiday was everything we wanted and needed it to be. We came for a retreat style stay, in luxury and we got just that!

I Want to write this review while everything is still fresh in my head. I’ve followed this group since it started, as booked the hotel last year before it was even built and have been patiently waiting for our visit. 😍 I was indeed, like others very worried about some of reviews that had been written over the summer months of opening. However I knew that these were to be expected of such a large hotel. From the moment we stepped into the hotel from the stunning architecture to the beautifully presented colours and furnishings I knew we’d hit jackpot! I’ve been blown away by the anda concept and it very rare for me to say I would return to the same hotel but this I would consider (and am very tempted already for next year although could try Lara!) Our room 2017 a pool room on the family area was great. We got the sun from around 11am through to sunset. It’s beautifully presented and I felt instantly relaxed once being inside. The bed was sooooooo comfy the best I’ve ever had in turkey! Every area of the hotel has had so much thought go into every detail. I loved the family pool idea was perfect for the little ones. The sevice has been impeccable. A little slow at times like peak rush hours but the staff do their best and we have found them very accommodating, even the ones who speak little English. They get out their phones and used google translate and fair play to them. If I could speak half the Turkish they could English I’d be extremely happy. My only complaint for this hotel is, As everyone else has already mentioned the a la cartes are an absolute ball ache! I don’t want to be setting an alarm at 9am every day just to get the same error full message. (Hopefully this will be sorted) we did go to the buffet and I didn’t enjoy it. For personal reasons they are very overwhelming for us and it was extremely busy the night we did go and I just wanted to leave. The food on offer though was good and I do just think this is personal preference, as we just find them very hard work and not what we want from a holiday. The drinks and the food have been very good! I’ve not had one bad meal 👍🏻 drinks as others have said (cocktails) totally depends who you get lol 😂 some our lush, others not so much! The wine was all lovely. The amount on for kids here and adults is incredible (which is needed as the hotel is in the **** end of nowhere) I could go on and on and on about this hotel. We’ve loved it and wouldn’t hesitate coming back. 💙

Amazing hotel. More than 5 star. Absolutely stunning. Staff are lovely and everything's very good quality. The food is super and drinks are excellent quality. Everyone very helpful. Was so big! I got lost a few times haha. Stayed in November but can imagine it is more stunning in peak season.
