Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Our experience was mixed but primarily negative. We upgraded to an executive suite for £400 on arrival, which looked great on face value. However, after the first night the bath leaked all over the apartment floor. This was addressed but the cleaners left all the wet towels on the floor that were used. We then proceeded to have a bath on the 3rd night, assured all was fine, then we find the bath won’t hold water and plug is broken. This was reported on multiple occasions and to my knowledge is still broken today. Given a bath is the only option for the on suite room this caused us issues. The hotel staff were not helpful and did not fully accept responsibility with little effort to make this right- no part refund offered. In addition, the food is bland. Same dishes every night. All was served cold or just warm. The dining room was full of flies and one of our family got food poisoning that lasted 36 hours - turns out a few others from other families were also sick. The hotel good I’m happy with my family everything it was nice But the bad part in this hotel staff bar they don’t respect anyone specially one boy he is name “mert” really he don’t respect no one I wish whene I back next year he is here Change your staff please we need friendly people … not everything perfect but good place Thanks for everything

This was our 9th visit to the Aquasis hotel and it never disappoints.The staff from the reception,guest relations,bar staff,restaurant staff,maids and entertainment team work hard to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday.Would like a special mention to Yusuf Basat,Behcet Tari and all the staff from the a la Carte restaurants and sailor bar who made our holiday extra special.

This holiday was as a surprise birthday treat for my wife and she was unaware of the hotel we were staying in, I opted for the lakeside room with pool view and it did not disappoint. On arrival we were blown away by the shear size of the resort and loved how the kids had the rental battery cars zooming around on what can only be described as a giant race track around the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the choice of food was good and the snack bars had different options between them. The on site clothes shop was well priced as it pretty much matched the prices of same items as found in the town without the 2way taxi costs.. the entertainment team were all brilliant and big shout out to Ragnar and Roda who really went above and beyond in making my wife and I laugh through our stay. Overall the complex was well kept, it was clean and tidy and the number and size of pools were fantastic although a tad cold which just added to the entertainment watching people dip their toes in or jump in and gasp. The spa was nice experiencing a Turkish bath for the first time, we opted for a massage to which the girls found issues. We were promised if we take a further 4massages in consecutive days all would be good…. Sadly we both still have our issues and we are the best part of £600 down, research suggests leaving 48hrs between massages but the owner just wanted to rinse us for the money in a short space of time, the only bad part of our entire stay. Overall both my wife and I really enjoyed our time at this resort and I am planning on returning next year with my 2sons just without the massages

I've stayed at Aquasis 3 times, amazing hotel, Larry 🤪 on the entertainment team is the best, so friendly and can't do enough for you xxx, the food here is so delicious, the service is amazing, rooms always is clean, thus hotel is so nice. Love this place.
